Nice spacious rooms. Clean bathroom, free wi-fi, simple but good breakfast, excellent location (in a small and quiet street but only 5 minutes walking from BTS and Subway), friendly and helpful staff. Wan will help and advice you with whatever you need. If going back to Bangkok will stay there! ขอบคุณ Wan!

Every time I went to Bangkok alone I always stayed there, also the best guest house I've ever tried! The staff are friendly but not over-enthusiastic. The location is great, close from bts station but far from the busy alley, so you can get everything you want even in the midnight and still have tight sleep!

Stayed 3 nights. Clean and nicely decorated place. Near to the skytrain and underground. The best thing was the staff though who were very helpful and gave us a lot of great advice on where to visit and how to get there. Thanks Kwan!

This is a very good place to stay if you want to discover Bangkok. It is centrally located, near Silom, so near the nightlife area and it is clean and with moderate rates. We enjoyed the human touch of the gentle landlady and the convenience of the property. We'll come back.

Really good for basic accommodation, really clean and beside sky train stop. The owner is such a nice lady and so helpful! It's in a little lane so no noise at all at night time! Very good value for money!! Taxi from airport should only cost about 500 baht even though it took is nearly an hour to get ther...

All in all we were pretty happy with our stay here. The location was great as close to the nightlife in Silom and close to sky train and metro station. The room we had was on the fourth floor (top of the building) and so be prepared to get a bit out of breath if you stay up on that...

First thing to remark is the service. The manager is extremely attentive. She gave us the best advice to go to the places we wanted to go, and how much to expect to pay. The hotel is very clean and well priced. The location is perfect with a lot of nightlife nearby, and very close to the BTS skytrain and...

Not that much a place for backpackers because its room is about US$50 and no dorm is provided but the place is as great as many star graded hotel in Bangkok. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, ready to give you a lot of tips about the city. But it's Thailand and we expected this quality of service. Our room...

This is our first choice when staying in Bangkok. The accommodation is perfect for a short stay - it's close to some great kitchens, near the MRT & BTS Skytrain, close for sightseeing and shopping. The owner is extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, always giving great tips if you're stumped on what to do / in what order to...

Easy access to the MRT and BTS Skytrain so we got to all the sights without any problem. Fun area for nightlife or just walking around. Everyday, the staff gave us tips for the fastest and cheapest way to get to our sights. They also recommended great local eats and told us how to stay safe. Breakfast was simple but...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
