Nestled in the heart of the city, Cross Vibe Bangkok Sukhumvit has earned the affection of guests for its spotless and spacious rooms, though a few mention air conditioning quirks. The hotel's stylish design and warm staff contribute to its inviting atmosphere, with sun loungers being the only minor letdown. While service is generally celebrated for its responsiveness, there are occasional inconsistencies.
The spa, fitness center, and pool stand out among amenities, and the hotel's prime location near BTS and local markets is a major draw. Overall, visitors consider the hotel's value commendable, factoring in the comfort and cleanliness it offers.

Had 2 nights stay and it was comfortable, to say the least! Within minutes walk to BTS On Nut station, and you have a Big C Supercenter nearby too for all your shopping needs to bring back home.
Hotel is really aesthetically designed too.
Will recommend to stay here if you're travelling to BKK!

The X2 Vibe Bangkok Hotel is approximately 3 years old and is located within 200m of the 'On Nut' BTS train station.
The rooms are quite large and they have tea & coffee making facilities, a safe, bathrobes, and some pathetic little paper thin slippers that are too small but I like children sizes and they are useless.
There is an LCD TV with a very poor selection of English channels you can watch the news and nothing else. There are no fox channels, no movie channels and no Discovery National Geographic or anything like it which is very poor.
The bed is okay but not particularly comfortable and there is a desk with a chair. The bathroom is small but the shower has a rainfall shower head and a handheld shower rose and the water pressure is reasonable.
The room I booked was a non-smoking room and when I walked into it the stench of cigarette smoke was unbearable and I notified reception and they moved me to another room. The air conditioning is very difficult to turn on and off and kept cutting out all the time throughout the stay, making the room hot and uncomfortable and you couldn't sleep and you would have to get up and restart the air-conditioning every hour or two.
There is a swimming pool and a gym and a few hundred metres away there is a Tesco shopping center.
I think this place was overpriced and not good value for money.

This place is off the main roads so is not noisy however is still only a short walk to some excellent restaurants as well as supermarkets and shopping centres. We stayed there twice in between trips - our first room did have an issue with a door that did not lock however this was quickly fixed. The second room was an upgrade and was excellent. The laundry facilities were a bonus for us as well. Breakfast had a good selection.

We have stayed here before and it was great. location was certainly not bad (We used no BTS, which is less than 10 minutes walking distance and there is also a shuter that will take you to BTS). That is why we have chosen this hotel again. Booked for 4 nights instead of 2 nights. We usually stay in Bangkok for 2 days before flying back. In November we booked all hotels in Thailand for our vacation in January, including this one. We booked directly through the hotel website a one-bedroom suite and paid through AmEx. We arrived at the hotel found that our reserved room is not defective and not possible to get the same type. And not for a night, but for 4 nights. The payment was not successful, while all other hotels were not a problem. So we have to pay at the front desk. 3 times guess how I paid the hotel? yes AmEx. We like to have a tradition of staying in a more luxurious room before returning home. So this time failed. No, I am not angry, but very disappointed, so I did not scold at the desk, but I think they can tell by my voice and my face.
The choices were between a standard and a supierier room which was almost the same price as our suite room (80 bath cheaper). Ridiculous. And then the question from reception if we want to accept it and otherwise they have nothing to offer us. When I asked why they didn't contact me, it turned out they did, when? i aksed! no answer and no note about this. We have 4 suitcases and our taxis are already gone. And new hotel booking is not really an option because of places of interest in our schedule. So just stayed here. Every time we walk past the reception, we are not looked at and only one girl who says hello, for the rest of the staff just look away.
We received a phone call shortly after checking in to see if the room was ok, of course the room is ok. Again it is not the hotel room itself, but it is a disappointment that we had booked a suit room and got another room (almost the same price). We have received a 2 vouhers of 200 bath for spa / restaurant in the hotel and a plate of fruit. The vouhers not used made of it.

Stayed mid-March 2022 with my family for 3 nights. Booked 3 rooms with breakfasts via an online booking portal. After looking at the photos, location, reviews and knowing it was formerly managed by a good hotel group - my expectations was certainly listed clearly on my mind, not to mention not travelling upcountry due to covid for 2 years. I'm a traveller and a travel advisor, as well as a hotelier in Thailand for 25 years. Sad to say, I made the wrong choice. Sent all my requests to the hotel 1 week in advance. Arrived at 13.00, FO staff said rooms next to each other are not ready. Then she said, the check in time is at 15.00. I then saw the sign, Check in time at 15.00, check out at 11.00. I never heard of this policy, losing 4 hours of a night booked in a hotel seems so wrong. Staff told me, all rooms will be ready around 16.00. I asked why will it take that long? I got the answer, we do not have enough Housekeeping Staff. It seems to me that it's my problem. Ok I said without receiving an apology. My family and I went out and arrived at 17.00, rooms still not ready! I have to be more assertive now so a man came and helped us, finally! No Porters available so we carry our own bags and find the room ourselves. Inside the room, the pillows are old, mattress too soft, aircon is old so it took 5 hours for the room to cool down. Shower room emits a foul smell, possible from drainage. No hand soap, so I go to the shower room to get some soap to wash my hands. Balcony door does not lock and worried my wife. Housekeeping keeps on forgetting to put our drinking water daily, or the floor mat. I kept on calling to Front Desk to ask for these things 2 days in a row. No answers from the phone. So, I called the hotel number but there's no answer too, around 19.00. I called again at 21.00 and finally got a reply and help. For the positives, good breakfast selection (but kitchen staff need to work on how to make an omellete) and location is good. A coin operated laundromat on the ground floor is a plus as well.

Dear Khun Glenn, Thank you very much for taking the time to review our hotel. We sincerely apologize that almost everything in our hotel doesn’t meet your expectation. Our hotel just rebrands the name to Cross Vibe Bangkok Sukhumvit formerly Cross To Vibe Bangkok Sukhumvit due to the policy of corporate office, we are still managed by the same good hotel group under Cross Hotels and Resorts from Australia which have been expected before arrival. We totally understand that you are traveler and hotelier in our country for 25 years. Since Covid-19 pandemic in late 2019, the new normal way of working, traveling, operating hotel and individual living have been applied for most people around the world. We have been followed standard operating procedure by Safety and Health Administration Thailand (SHA) and well as government strictly. Checking in at 03.00 pm. and checking out at 11.00 am. is one of the new room cleaning and hygiene which we have instruction from SHA. It takes a little longer time to follow SHA but it is safe for both hotel and guest. Since you have several requests from the reservation, early check in, room higher than 4th floor and room closed to each other for all three rooms. We are trying to manage all request to all our guests as our hotel have two buildings and one building on has 7 floors another has 8 floors. We sincerely apologize that we can’t accommodate all your requests on time and effect your pleasant stay with us. We actually have enough housekeeping staffs at the hotel as we have been operated hotel without closing since pandemic, but we apologize for the reply from our team which is lost in communication at some point. Since you have lost 4 hours of a night at the hotel, it is our mistake that we didn’t offer late check out to you for 4 hours to compensate your lost for the first night. We apologize for this from our team again. We have porter service upon request at the reception counter and we sincerely apologize that our team didn’t offer this service to you. For amenities missing and service in the room and other, we would like to apologize again, and we already discuss with all concerned departments to ensure all training to our team where needed. For our monthly and long staying guests, we provide a coin self- operated laundromat at the ground floor on back building. Daily guests are also welcomed to use this service as well as our hotel laundry service. Vibe regards, Management team

We really want to say a thank you to Kris the General Manager and all the staff who made us so welcome on the 4 occasions we stayed at X2 during January. It felt like our home in Bangkok. There was nothing we could fault. The location is great being 5 minutes from BTS On Nut, and a Tesco mega store. The lobby felt warm and there was a garden area to the side which was relaxing. Due to Covid and few western travellers we had a superior suite at a very reasonable rate which included breakfast for 2. I have been coming to Thailand for 40 years and have seen many of what were our favourite hotels disappear due to development or deteriat so as not want to stay again. X2 Vibe was a joy to have discovered and we sincerely hope they can continue through this period where there are no tourist arrivals and business must be difficult for them as it will be our choice again when we return to Bangkok.

This was our first time staying at this hotel which was just 5 minutes walk from On Nut BTS station, Tesco and Cinema Mall.
The front desk staff were pleasant and quite efficient. The breakfast was a make up of Thai and Western varieties. There's even a staff making individual omelet and fist ball noodle soup for quests.
The hotel room of ours was pretty spacious and clean. The bathroom door was a bit awkward and could be improved.
It was a pleasant surprise to arrive back at our room to a platter of fresh fruit and mini strawberry cakes from the general manager Kris :)
We had stayed there between February 11 to 20, 2020 and the staff there made it a very good experience. We will certainly com back again :)

The hotel is well located and could really be great if they would just spend some time on service.
We booked a suite with a shower, we got an apartment with a shower in the bath, we queried it, and was told this is what we get.
Our room wasn't serviced for 3 days, after calling and asking, we had to escalate it to a manager to get serviced.
General cleaning - the lift is dirty, the bedding was torn and some places just needs to be cleaned.
There was a person at the breakfast (blond hair) who was very rude, she needs to be taught how to provide service.
We are not difficult or demanding travelers, but we feel the hotel should make an effort to fix the small things.

While the hotel was nicely decorated, the service had room for improvements.
1. Front office failed to offer welcome drinks.
2. Front office failed to inform basic but vital information (breakfast time, pool hours, fitness hours).
3. Front office could not remember or mention any details about our reservation package. We had to confirm our package details ourselves.
4. Restaurant waitresses did not provide menu for the dinner.
5. The waitresses also did not inform guests on how to order. You had to write on the a paper and submit to the waitresses WHICH we had to ask this instruction from the waitresses ourselves.
6. The waitresses ignored to tell us that the menu we picked and submitted in the paper to the waitresses was actually provided on the buffet line. We waited 45 minutes on our menu to be served before we had to ask the waitresses and found out that we had to get the said dish on the buffet line.
I have stayed in other X2 hogel, and I can honestly say that this is the worst experience I had since staying with X2 group.

Arrived, tried to checkin, about 4 people standing at the desk, no one greeted me or called me over, just stood there for about 2 minutes holding my passport while they did paperwork. Eventually checked in, room was nice, AC was a bit loud even on the lowest setting.
First night, ate at the restaurant, the staff member was obviously new and that's fine but he didn't know what Singha beer was (this is #2 beer in Thailand). Then he didn't know much about the menu, then he overpoured my beer and spilt a lot on the floor..no apology, or another beer, just served it to me, smallest beer ever.
Walked around the hotel, they mention they have a bar but this is a chang beer tap in the lobby, the pool bar was shut for my entire stay. The fitness area was nice but quite small. Didn't try the onsen or the pool but both were good quality.
The following day I went out, when I returned, the housekeeping had removed 2 of my 4 pillows and stripped my bed and put 2 single duvets on. This was very strange given I booked a double room for 2 people, never happened to me before. The next day we asked them to change it back, which they did, but then left the old duvets in our room, again rather strange.
Any questions asked at reception or the restaurant were really difficult to communicate or understand the response. I'd ask a question and get no response, then a blank face. Luckily my partner could speak Thai and they finally responded. I felt like all the staff were new or being trained, which given the last two years of Covid I understand to an extent, but every other hotel I've stayed in this trip has been normal, so plenty of room for improvement.

There is a pool area on the roof but i am not aware of any special areas for toddlers.
Nearby are a couple of Supermarkets and Malls but again I have not seen areas for children
Hi there,
I would recommend for a chill rooftop bar called Brewski in Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Soi Sukhumvit 27. They have a great view from the bar and many varieties for craft beer with daily promotion for a reasonable prices. If you fancy a decent steak for dinner then head to El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse on Soi Sukhumvit 11 or if you prefer a good pub food then you can walk to Hemingway in the same street as the steakhouse. If you feel light a great cocktails after dinner then you can pay a visit to a hidden cocktails bar called Havana Social which is further down in Soi Sukhumvit 11. There is also a nice rooftop bar down in Soi Sukhumvit 11 called Above 11 with a great view of Bangkok night lights but the drinks can be pricey. For travel to Sukhumvit 11 you can take BTS from On Nut to Nana Station and a short walk to Soi 11. However there are also many great street food places in China Town but make sure that you don't go to China Town on Monday as there will be no street food allowed on the footpath. To go to China Town you can take BTS from On Nut to Asok station then go down to take MRT Sukhumvit to Wat Mungkorn Station (China Town).
Wish you guys a great time in Bangkok.
Hotel provides a laundry room on ground floor. You can use the service and exchange coins at reception desk
I think the hotel has a laundry room in another block of the complex where the studio apartments locate. Sure you can check with the hotel whether they are coin operated machines and costs.
If you are arriving late, I wouldn't recommend trying to use the BTS Skytrain. It may take too long as it will require a transfer at Phayathai. Take a taxi. With expressway tolls, it will cost around 400 baht to this hotel.
Make sure you have the hotel address in Thai, and the hotel phone number which you or your driver can call for directions. Thai taxi drivers are not good at finding their way around or knowing addresses, nor likely to know more than 10 words in English.
There will be food options within walking distance of the hotel up to about 9pm. Go to the Tesco complex just at the BTS station, and no more than 200 -300 metres from the hotel. After 9pm you may have to rely on grabbing whatever bread or instant noodles you can get from Tesco supermarket itself (it closes at midnight, I think).
If you are past midnight, then look for 24-hour convenience stores.
As for going to Don Muang airport, the only viable option is taxi. Allow for at least 1 hour taxi travelling time since Don Muang is at the opposite end of the city from the hotel. Probably will cost around 400 - 450 baht.
