Faceless ordinary Novotel with few redeeming factors. I booked a deluxe room and although I got exactly what I paid for I found it underwhelming. On the plus side I arrived early and the reception did their best and got me a room after a relatively short wait (2 hours) The breakfast buffet was poor in comparison to Novotels I...

Dear Bill J I am sorry you disliked your stay with us and we have not met your high expectations. Not sure what you expected from a Deluxe room, but as a standardized brand Novotel hotels around the world look similar or the same. Stale bread is definitely not acceptable and I will have our chef rectify this immediately. It...

This is just an okay hotel. Though the location of the hotel is good, the hotel rooms are very small and cramped. Also, the tour helpdesk of the hotel weren't very professional and found the staff to be a bit rude which was shocking as we had already experienced very friendly and warm people in the whole of Thailand including...

Dear Deepa B Thank you for your review though technically half of the review is not related to our hotel. I am sorry the staff from the tour office were rude to you, this would have upset me as well. Just again to clarify, this is a separate travel agency renting their office space within our hotel premises. However should...

Last time I stay at Novotel Fenix Silom, they have a new look, starting at Concierge with new uniform and the light in front of the room. Their staff at that night are so nice, Mr. Avy, Miss Prow and Miss Solene (new MT). If I have a chance, I will book this hotel again :)

The hotel was ok, although for a four star hotel I expected more. The breakfast is included and it is good it has western food as well as local food, people at the restaurant is always informing people if something is spicy or not. They also have a small pool and are well located since they are near Silom Village...

Dear Silvi27 Thank you for telling us about your recent experience with us. I am sorry a single incident has clouded the rest of your stay and let us appear average. Staff have tried to rectify the situation immediately and another room option was swiftly offered. From the rest of your review I see that our staff and our breakfast...

Mr Ohm at the front desk of this hotel was very courteous, friendly and helpful when we checked in to our room. Kob at the concierge desk was awesome in facilitating massages within 1 hour of our arrival which was conveniently across the street.

My first stay at Novotel Fenix Silom was in November 2015 and stayed for 10 days. This hotel is great and the hospitality at this is what has brought me to stay at this hotel again for a period of 10 days from March 11th, 2016 to March 20th, 2016. To my surprise this hotel keeps doing better and better...

Stayed there for a couple of nights. Great location on Silom Road shops, street food markets, massage spots, and close to the pier and skytrain. Kik at the reception was wonderful and very helpful! Great value for the money. You can walk to Le Bua tower across the street for great night views of Bangkok!

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
