Staffs were friendly and although it stated boutique hotel but overall the room is clean and spacious. Hotel provides amenities such as toiletries, hairdryer and towel. Staffs replenish the toiletries everyday. the walk to platinum fashion mall is about 10-15 minutes walk. Location is good but no massage nearby. So if you are looking for food and massage parlour, this... More

I visited with my friends & we reserved from booking.com. They said that if u directly reserved to hotel website & stayed more than 3nights, they will give free airport taxi. Rooms are spacious. Clean bathroom. 10mins walk to Platinum shopping mall. Tiny Elevator. Receptionist are friendly. Breakfast don't have variety of food.

Staff were friendly and really treated every guest with respect. I felt like I was coming home whenever I returned after a long day out. The room was acceptable with weak wi-fi. A little negative was that the location is a little far from Platinum Mall (Walking of 10 mins) however for the price we paid it was WORTH IT!

Lift too small, my mum is handicap, wheelchair very difficult to go inside... Room very smelly, like quite a long time nobody stay in... quite far away from shopping malls and restaurants, 15 min walking to the Platinum fashion mall... Not very recommend for family leisure but all the staffs are very friendly and nice.

Water was leaking from an air con, we called for the staff there but seemed no any action, we stayed in 604. The breakfast was so so, it's a long way to walk to the chit lom station (about 15 mins walk) so not recommend for the pregnancy to stay here

But the staff treated all of them with the same type of respect. Kudos! Overall, the stay was enjoyable. The setbacks, hotel lift a lil too small. Location a lil too far from pratunam. Closest... It's a clean & nice hotel. There's only 1 lift and it's very small. It also broke down once. Wifi was lousy and cannot work in the room. Only the hotel lounge wifi was working and I used it during breakfast. I called the reception regarding the wifi and they asked me to go to the hotel lounge to use.... More

We stayed for 4 nights in there. Easy to access bus station and food stall nearby by walk, Near Platinum, Pratunam and Palladium night market. Although simple, but the room is clean and comfy with good Air Con and also the light is very good not to dark. We got room 702 which is located in 7th floor and lift... More
