I'm quite lucky to get a spacious room for a very reasonable price.. the location of the hotel just beside the platinum mall .. the staff are very friendly and helpful as well.. room are clean and the bathroom also clean.. make sute to order a king bed to get a higher chance for more spacious room

This is a very small hotel but its very clean and the location is just a stone throw to Platinum Mall and there is a link bridge to CentralWorld and Big C.
I would mark five five stars if the water pressure in the room could be higher. Its so tiny that i need 30 mins to shower. Plus you are not able to request for extra towels.
Definitely not a wheelchair friendly hotel but the location is very good. Cheap, good and clean.

Staffs were friendly. Rooms were clean. The best part was the location. It's just beside Platinum Shopping Mall. Also there are street food just in front of hotel. 7/11, McDonald's, Starbucks just across the road. It was a short stay but I really enjoyed it.

i booked 3 rooms for 2 nights.........the rooms were very clean but small......yet is comfortable enough for 2 pax...the room comes with international plug.....which is very considerate n helpful location of the hotel is great as its just 5min walk to platanium plaza.....& night market. No worries on getting hungry as there is plenty of food stalls n fast food outlets as u walk outside the hotel. hotel staff are friendly & helpful

The hotel was new and clean. Room was nice and tidy but small, though I did not mind as I was alone and staying only for half a night.
You can walk to all the malls like Central World and Siam Paragon etc. Also BTS is fairly close and the train to the airport is 10-15 min walk away. There is a massage parlour next door.
Only big minus was that the reception did not order a taxi for me which I have never ever experienced anywhere before! To order a taxi is probably the most common thing hotel guests request. First they said that they can only reserve their own transport to the airport for 500 baht. Then they said that all right they can book a regular taxi via application. I had to leave 1.30 am and when I went to the reception the receptionist then said he cannot book a taxi! So I had to walk to the main road and start bargaining with the taxis about the price. There was no big harm done but the hotel’s customer service is obviously poor if they will not book a taxi to their guests.

The staff are really friendly, especially JAY on the front desk who was able to , thoroughly answer all of my questions about getting around.
The room is very basic but the location is fantastic.
For minimal time spent in the room the room was more than I needed during my 3 days in Bangkok. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in this Hotel for 4days during new year. They recently open ( last week of Dec) so everything is new. Our room is very clean but it smells dusty and stuffy specially on the first day. (I took 2 allergy tab on our first night due to the dust but im better on the following days). I think some of the rooms are still in construction so you would hear some drilling in the morning.
This is located on the inner road, but just 3mins walk to Platinum wall - excellent location.
I wont suggest this place during rainy season specially if you plan to just walk back to the hotel. I think the drainage infront of the hotel is clogged and water raised (2-3inches high) infront of the hotel in which you have to walked thru in able to go inside the hotel premises. Be prepared to wet your shoes.
No toiletries provided other than shampoo and shower gel, So make sure to bring yours. Blower was only placed on our room on the 3rd day.
Bed is not so comfy (7/10) and the pillow is so hard and rounded that you may suffer from stiff neck the next day.
The bathroom is also see through so if you have a companion that you are not so close with, this might be too intimate for you.
Hotel staff is very Nice! Jay even helped us arranged cab from hotel to DMK airport for 500baht which is pricey but hassle free.

We didn’t take BTS so i can’t answer your question. However, It’s really near pratunam fashion mall. You may use that as a reference if theres a near BTS around. 😊
I think its safe to still walk since its like 3mins away from the mall. But the front desk told us to better be back by 12am.
For the cab, You need to be in the main road to get one.
