Very unfriendly staff especially in reception, they don't know how to smile period. Not very welcoming. No choice of vegetarian food. Rooms are poor. Its okay if you are desperate to stay one night. Lockers not available in rooms, in reception the lady was very rude with attitude. No one speak English. Ok location to get to the MRT station...

We stayed for 3 nights, the room itself was basic and in need of a freshen up. The breakfast was ok but the egg station that other people have referred to in their reviews was nowhere to be seen. Our travel agent had neglected to give us some paperwork for the rest of our trip, the staff agreed to print...

untypically the staff were not friendly at all, only because Thai people are very very nice. the room wasn't to our liking and very smelly. I think its a stay one night move people fast kind of a hotel and its a city so I guess you don't have to be friendly I guess we aren't in London, but I...

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and found the staff to lack in their English Language. Not too helpful and the taxi service department very negative. My overall experience with the rest of the staff were pleasant. It was based conviently in a good position, close to the basics. I encountered no other problems. But l recommend that...

We stayed here for 5 nights while I had dental treatment at the adjacent Bangkok International Dental Clinic. Limitations of our first hotel, the Mini R, necessitated a move to a fully catered hotel and this place didn't disappoint. Our room on the 7th floor was spacious and clean with a good bathroom. My wife likes a soft pillow and...

Stayed here 4 nights, reception staff not overly helpful especially once we declined expensive tours. Seems to be in the process of being updated but the quality of the rooms are lacking. Bathroom doesn't technically have a door, instead the shower door acts as door/screen to toilet!!! Breakfast was nice, location isn't too bad as walking distance to metro but...

I stayed in room 701 in which the walls were running ants and other insects. The positive thing was cool and rich breakfast and a swimming pool on the roof. Hotel from the outside looks decent, but inside you can already see the ravages of time.

We Stayed at the Cha Da hotel for three days. The room was nice and clean on the 8th floor so it had a amazing view of Bangkok skyline from our window. The rooftop pool was nice, especially during the day when it was too hot. The breakfast finished at 9.30 am!! so we had to put our alarm on...

We stayed at this hotel as a stopover rather than carrying onto the UK after a flight from Phuket. It was horrible. As it was a stopover we put up with it. The hotel is in need of a complete refurbishment. I know it is only classed as a 3 star but I have been in 3 star hotels which...
