Excellent from beginning to the end! I love the interior design of this hotel, really classy! They were very nice and left a nice welcoming cake and ballons as it was my birthday 😍The pool is very strategically designed to sunbathe while refreshing.The staff all very attentive. Also I’d like to mentioned that I had an accident and the staff was very professional and prepared to deal with the emergency!!!

-Amazing service, very friendly staff , perfect location for shopper -Easy to grab tuktuk, taxi and near to the network station -Afternoon lounge provide the in room guest with local sweets and snacks along with live performance on Thursday and Friday -Overall it was my best stay on vacation

What a fantastic hotel! Ideally situated from the airport to local tourist attractions, this wonderfully presented hotel is a great find anyone looking for the perfect stay in Bangkok. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are clean and ooze luxury. The food and pool are complimented by live music and a great selection of drinks.

Outdid our expectations! The room was beautiful and the staff were so friendly! Location was good and easy to use the tram to get into the main tourist sites. Breakfast had lots of options. Pool and rooftop bar were beautiful and had great views!

The warmth service is the highlight of our experience here. The High Tea from 2:00pm-5:00pm is a plus and the magic of Butler Ray makes it a worthwhile. Try also the rooftop bar for some nightly Entertainment coupled with some drinks.

I had a pleasant experience at the hotel for my 3 nights stay there. My flight was early and my bf and I arrived at the hotel with an offer for early check-in and a complimentary of upgrade for our room. The room was clean and the facilities were all there to make my stay perfect. The service was remarkable and the breakfast was delicious with range of food you can enjoy from porridge to sushi to dim sum to noodle soup to toast and jam and many more. Overall, my stay was perfect and the discount price I was offered was good for me and my bf for an amazing holiday in Bangkok.

Friendly environment. Room is very relaxing. bed is very soft. Pool is very nice place to chill in the hotel it is facing Sukhumvit area. A must to try their rooftop bar it is a really great experience.
