We stayed only the one night on a stop-over, choosing the hotel because it’s proximity to the airport (only 10 minutes by car). We ordered a deluxe double room with airport transfers and the price of the room was good, but this hotel was not. This is a hotel trading on the

We booked 3 day rooms supposedly with 3 single beds. On arrival there was a double bed and a single. Waited over an hour for the shuttle which was exhausting after a flight and on arrival the receptionist couldn’t speak English. Also workers smoking in the vicinity and no

Hi Knipe. I walked around the hotel, and did not see anything like beauty salon. Only slums. You can order pedicure into your room (this is Thailand you remember), but bear in mind that there is no one in the hotel who can speak English, so take your ipad with translator with you to expllain what you want.

There are several hotel reps stationed IN the airport, near Door #4, one of them is the rep for the Regent. You'll recognize the reps because each one has a few dozen paper flyers hanging in front of their station, and you can locate the Regent rep by looking over all those flyers and finding the purple/maroon one that says "Regent"

The room had that tired look.Sheets were yellow with age and there was mould in the bathroom. The hotel could do with a complete overall. The street outside was filthy with broken crockery strewn everwhere. There is an old canal or river at the rear which is rather smelly.
