The hotel is in the Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) surroundings and focus on overnight transit travelers. If this is your purpose, it's a good place to consider. They offer free transfer from/to the airport, regardless what time you arrive and depart. For us, it was quite straightforward. Room is very big and also include a small kitchen, although it is somewhat...

We booked here because we had an early morning flight out of Bangkok. Location was convenient and the room was decent but customer service was terrible and things that were promised weren't delivered. I wouldn't go back.

Wee booked 3 bedrooms with breakfast and airport transfer. Breakfast was just a small snack, not enough to fill your tummy. BAD BREAKFAST: They lack food servers who can attend to the customers when it gets crowded. We complained that the bread and jam which were included in the menu were not served. Instead of apologiziing the manager tried to...

Our flight got in late so we booked a room to get some sleep before continuing our travel to Koh Phangan the next morning. Communication with staff was a little difficult and they weren't particularly friendly. Room was basic, kind of smelled off. Mattresses were rock hard. They say they're 8min from the airport but it took 20min in a...

My wife booked this place as it was $40 for the night and we were flying in at midnight and leaving in the morning for a flight to Krabi. So we just needed a place to rest our head. It's not the Banyan Tree where we stayed we returned to Bangkok from Krabi but that's that's not what's it's supposed...

Its proximity to the airport has always been my consideration in staying here..good place to spend the night to catch up the next day early morning flight. The regular schedule of the shuttle service airport-hotel-airport is also a plus factor although you have to wait for several minutes in the airport waiting for the other guests. Room is ok with...

We reserved a room and airport transfer online for a one night stay. Chose this property due to price and proximity to the Airport as we arrival from the US at 11pm. The hotel transfer van was waiting for us and the drive to the hotel was quick. Check in staff spoke a little English. Our room was large, with...

We just stayed here for 1 night between flights at BKK. This is probably the fourth or so time we have stayed here. The free transportation to and from BKK airport is great and hassle free. The rooms are very large. Our room had two king beds, a living area, and a kitchen that connects to a small balcony, as...

We had an overnight stop over at BOK and didn't want to miss our flight and to be honest we were pretty drained already. At the airport we were told there was a Novotel connected to the airport, this was true, however, heres the price difference Novotel - 1 night for single room with two beds = 9000baht Regent Hotel...
