We stayed there one night and it was ok for short stay. The location is really good but that`s all. Room was a bit noisy but you can`t except anything else because of the location. Worst thing was that the bathroom smelled horrible. For the price (almost 1000 bahts) u can find better even from the same area.

The only positive thing is the proximity with subway. There is many Japanese people restaurant around. It is a business district. The small rooms are all street side and noisy. The mattress with spring was very inconfortable. Now I know why there is 20% off. Not cool for my last night in Thailand.

BTS just next door, so perfect for getting around. Massage place 2 doors up where I highly recommend a foot massage. Accomodation was average all around. No ammenities such as washer or fridge available with our room, so not good for long stays.

Thanks for your review. We are happy you appreciated our place and our location. For longer stay we recommend to choose a superior room in which there is a mini fridge. For standard room, the one you got, there is a share fridge on the 3rd floor. Also we don't not have washer for guest ( you mean washing machine... More

I've stayed here a few times over the past few years. Have noticed that the rooms are getting more and more run down and tired-looking and could do with a little renovation. Otherwise it's fine to stay in for a night or two, especially if you're going to be out and about most of the time. Cleanliness okay, location excellent... More

An average guesthouse. Lots of stairs and corridors to go through to get to the room as there is no elevator and some stair cases are blocked off by garbage / debris. Check in was quick and easy, but we were not offered help with our bags after our 36hr train ride from KL. The receptionist behind the front desk... More

The location is perfect very closed to BTS thonglor. value price compares to other hotels . Not a 5 star cleaness but clean enough to stay comfortable. I stay here most of the time when travel to Bangkok. If you are not looking for a luxurious but a convineine place then I recommened this hotel

I chose to stay at Padi Madi based on value. The location of the guesthouse is key, it's literally at the foot of the Thong Lo BTS. Sukhumvit 38 has decent street food. A nice Thai massage shop is located a few shops into the soi. Checking in was a breeze as staff are bilingual in Thai and English. A... More

Go for the deluxe room the extra 250 a night it's 100% worthit. The regular rooms are quite damp and the aircon is pretty crappy. There's a fee great bars in the area and thong lo BTS station is directly outside. Great value and the staff are pretty helpful too.
