I book a room on booking.com and when I arrive at the hotel at 1am they said there is no room for me. Nothing I can do and they even dont find other hotel for me. Let me find the new hotel myself at 1am. 3 weeks past and still no compensation or any contact from hotel. Such a terrible hotel.

The hotel is about 300 meter to BTS Thong Lo station. It’s a Japanese business hotel with 5-star room facilities. The room is spacious with all the amenities that needed including toothbrush. Bathroom amenities is from Panpuri brand. The cost is around 60$ and you get a bathtub, automatic Japanese toilet, daybed, working desk, steam iron, and pillow choices. The staff is very nice. It’s worth every cent!

I just spent 2 days there and it was terrible. They advertise all the usual things you would expect from a 5 star hotel but don't provide them. I understand the covid situation is difficult, but they should update the website to show what's actually available. They advertise multiple restaurants but only 1 is open, so your dining choices are Japanese or Japanese. When I checked in I was informed there was no room service, no buffet breakfast. They do provide a set menu breakfast but apart from the toast it was inedible. Cold coffee and bad food. They advertise afternoon tea, but that's not available either, in fact almost none of the things you would expect. This hotel is operating with a skeleton staff and it shows. I went downstairs to try to talk to a member of staff at 9pm and it took me 10 minutes of searching before I could find one single staff member. To be fair, when I complained about the lack of facilities they 'upgraded' me to a better room, however the room was not significantly different. It was ok, but the toilet was so small you could not even turn around (no exaggeration). Finally, I had a small accident that left some blood on the sheets and 2 small spots on one of their bathrobes. I soaked the sheets and the blood came out, I didn't even notice the blood on the robe. However, they claim the bathrobe cannot be cleaned and tried to charge me 5,000 baht for a new one. I could buy that robe (minus the Nikko crest) for 1000 thb in Home pro. We eventually 'agreed' I would pay 2,000 thb. I am a retired Airline Captain and have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world but have never had to deal with anything like this. Overall this was a miserable experience. There are many wonderful hotels in Bangkok, so do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

This is my second time for writing the review in TripAdvisor. I hope my review can help you to decide on which hotel to stay in the future. 1. Hotel check-in: The hotel check in procedure was not that fast or not that slow but the worst thing was wrong floor advised by hotel staff. I saw on the keycard that it says room 12XX but staff told me that our room is at 19th floor. At the time I heard this I thought it was very strange on how the hotel do the room/floor numbering. Room number 12XX but locates at 19th floor. A minute that I touch my key card at the elevator and press 19th floor, The elevator said we were pressing the non-operating floor then I realized that my room should be at 12 floor not 19 floor. Even though, it was a small human error but I think it cause the wrong first impression on the stay. 2. Guest room: The room was designed and decorated perfectly. I really like the decoration here. Superb! In-room amenities were also good. The automatic water closet also easy to use - perfect! 2 things that I don’t like about this room was The bottles of water that they provide us were really limited. They only have two bottles of drinking water in the room. I know that we can request but comparing with other hotel that they provide at least 4 bottles drinking water in the room. That led me to think that this hotel is not generous. Second, the hot/cold water dispenser at bathtub was assigned wrongly. The red means cold water while the blue means hot water, that was terrible! It took me a while to figure out on this. The rest of water dispensers work normal, red = hot water, blue = cold water. 3. Hotel facilities: I didn’t use so cannot provide the review 4. Breakfast: Upon our reservation we thought that the food will be served as buffet breakfast but when we check-in we found out that it will be served as a set menu instead. We feel disappointed as we expected buffet. Comparing with other hotel in Bangkok that normally they serve the buffet breakfast. This hotel should offer a more comparable choice. Anyway, We thought that we will wait until seeing the actual food. It might be the food that came with great quality and the portion should be big enough but unfortunately it’s not that good. They didn’t even serve drinking water, how sad :( 5. Services - not that great and I didn’t feel that they honored the guest as 5-stars hotel should do. Based on my experience doing number of events at most of 5 stars hotel in Bangkok, i rate this hotel facility 5 stars but service is 3 stars. In summary, if you are expecting the nice guest room an hotel decoration for nice photos but not genuinely hospitality, this hotel will be your choice. Do not expected much on food as well. This hotel is good for business traveller who come and go, rush-rush type but not for leisure.

Had a one-night staycation. The main purpose was to enjoy a BUFFET breakfast. Called to confirm one month before stay and also before booking, and the staff told us that yes there is a BUFFET breakfast. The website also had no indication of any changes. When we checked in, the lady at the counter was very rude, spoke in an impolite tone and seemed to feel "annoyed" that she had to interrupt what she was doing to check us in. Didn't provide us with any information, such as how to access the internet or asked us if we needed help with our bags. Service was more like a 2-stay hotel. No Japanese bow either. We definitely did not feel "welcomed." Worse - she informed us (when we asked) that the breakfast would be set menu and NOT a BUFFET. While the hotel advertises on their website that they follow hygiene standards, etc, we found that many staff did not wear masks, and only put them on when they see guests. This was the case in the restaurant where they served breakfast - all of the staff did not have masks on. They also did not use gloves or face shields. Another complaint is that the menu stated that the Western option included a "bread basket," however, they only gave us toast. We asked for croissants and were given two small pieces (one per person) and not offered any more. Lastly, they did not have anyone checking our temperatures once we got off the elevator from the parking garage. They also didn't have people at all doors/entrances at night. For a Japanese hotel, they did not properly follow Thai government rules concerning COVID-19 measures. When we left the elevator to go to the parking garage, there was also no QR code for us to "check out" from the Thai government Thai Channa application. There was no way for us to "check out." This hotel "appears" to be a five-star hotel, but it is all smoke and mirror. Poor management (never once did we see any Japanese staff or manager) who does not care about the hotel. When asked to speak to a manager, he/she was conveniently in a meeting. Complaints made at front desk, but no follow up. No attempt was made to address customers' concerns during our stay. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
