I stayed for 3 nights during Songkran 2016. The hotel looks old and not well maintained, however it offers clean and spacious room, as well as good service. The location is great, walking distance from Silom Complex.

Best you can get for the price, cheap and good. Friendly staff. Some rooms are wooden floor some are tiled, overall it was a pleasant stay here. If you are a regular customer the manager, son bath, he would give a really good discount. I got my room for 700THB.

Though the hotel is in a small street, the rooms are good with all the basic amenities. We reached late evening & the receptionist could not speak English even when there was an emergency! Again at check out time there was a problem reg. the payment. This time the staff at the counter did a good job & helped us.

Budget Hotel, But very friendly staff (The front office manager) Value for money. Hotel and rooms need to be refurbished, just stayed there only for one night, but overall stay was good. Lots of eating places, convenience shops, and fruits just at the nearby street. Walking distance to the famous Patpong night bazaar and night life.

hi all the Sapphirtel Inn is a (very) basic hotel in Silom. Silom is one of my favourite places for a short stop over in Bangkok. ++ central, short walking distance (10 min) to water taxi stand ("oriental pier") or to skytrain ++ hotel is a bit in the back => quiet, esp. 6th floor with a little view +...

Great location down a quiet street off silom road ten minutes walk from the famous Patpong night market. Rooms are basic but comfortable enough though I prefered the side with no airconditioners outside my window,WiFi is variable. Mr Sombqt the acting Manager/receptionist is the main comfort here and is an exceptional staff member in terms of efficiency courtesy and kindness....

I'm beginning to feel like part of the family at Sapphirtel. It does have some drawbacks mostly related to the age of the fit out however the level of service and helpfulness of all staff far outweighs any problems with the rooms. Budget price, 5 star service. Thank you all.

This is a very ordinary hotel, that has great location and very obliging and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, though very run down, and something was always leaking or not working. We stayed here as a group with a gem tour, so for us it was cheap and close to gem stuff. Good market close by and plenty of...

Actually this hotel location Soi 22/1 is not easy to find among Silom Roadside shops.Hotel looks old and also interior decorated items seem to be 20 years before.Hotel provided light breakfast. My room's air-condition was not cool and felt only hot wind. After hotel's servicing,air-con was nothing special. But staff from reception were helpful.I received and found back my bag from honesty...

August 2012. I found this hotel to be adequate for two nights stay in Silom. It is not easy to find the hotel located at the end of an alley, so best to ask the taxi driver if he knows the place before getting into the taxi. Its near the start of Silom Road. Reception lady was friendly. She preferred...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
