Stayed in a deluxe room with a colleague in July 2012 for 3D2N on a business trip. The room looked fairly clean. The see-through glass between the bathroom and the bed is a nice concept if you're on a romantic holiday or staying with a partner but otherwise, you can just pull down the blinds, which was what I did....

This hotel is listed as a 4-star hotel, but its fare from that. The rooms are very poor and small room, with dirty walls, dirty bathroom and only 2 towels. Fare away and difficult to find. The breakfast is good !

Boss Suites came up in a Qantas promotion and I thought that means someone at Qantas researched to make sure it reflects well on Qantas. I have to say I was not impressed by the hotel. Almost everywhere you go in Thailand the friendliness is overwhelming - at the Boss Suites I was regularly greeted with thinly concealed boredom. Sleepy...

The Hotel is in a good area for all the action just a 10 minute walk from the sukhumvit rd,rooms are of good size and comfortable. We requested an early check in after arriving on a long flight from England but the room wasnt ready and needed to just sit in reception for about 2 hours which we were not...

I originally had my eye on another hotel in Bangkok but that one got fully booked so I decided on Boss Suites at the last minute based on online pictures. The streets leading to the hotel were filled with dirty old men and lady boys/young women but I figured, "Hey it's Thailand". Little did I know I had booked a...

Decent location just 8 min walk down soi 4 from the main road. Large hotel , has a pool and offers good value for both rooms and room service. I feel the hotel needs some TLC thou, the bathroom was rather ropey and the room had a very strong smell of cigarettes . Wasn't nice at all.

Good size room, clean and well equipped. Slightly unusual that the bathroom has a glass wall overlooking the bedroom but just lower the blind and get on with things I guess... The shower door leaked a little and the bathroom had a slightly 'damp' feel but this is not unusual in tropical climates, generally clean. The shower had no hot...

My husband and I booked this room during the Songkran and paid a really good price, so we were a little worried that maybe we'd booked a bad hotel that just seemed great on the internet. Instead, when we arrived we were pleased to find large, clean rooms, huge bathrooms (where the toilet and shower are separate, aka: no more...

We were upgraded for free to a bigger suite, so straight away we knew we were onto a winner. Room was amazing and very clean. Location excellent and breakfast buffet blew me away, it was amazing and we ate like kings. Only small negative points were the fitness centre in which most of the equipment was broken and unusable. Also...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
