Arrived in the morning and receptionist were friendly and helpful. Told me that room will only be ready at 12noon so I kept my luggages there while I went out. They even helped to charge my mobile phone. Literally 1 minute from BTS Station so it is convenient to reach the main shopping areas of Nana, Siam Centre etc. 1...

I just came back my first trip from Bangkok and stayed in DS67 for 5 days. What wows me is the friendly service of the staff who can provide you excellent guides around and attentiveness throughout my stay! Though nothing much of tourist attractions in that area, it provides a quiet resting space after each day of trekking around Bangkok....

I am actually sitting in the hotel room as I write this review... After staying at 5 hotels on my Thailand trip, I am just SO happy to be here (again). This was the first hotel my husband and I stayed at as we arrived in Bangkok 2 weeks ago. We were at another hotel which we booked for 2...

Reading over the reviews, I find myself in the minority in not raving about this hotel. True it is near the BTS station, but unlike virtually every other BTS station in the city, there is no life here. No streetside restaurants, shops, stores...it is like being in an urban desert. You had to ride the train to do anything, even...

Had booked family room, got an upgrade. Amazing staff - great rooms. Returned back on my return journey for 1 day when Bangkok curfew was announced. Complimentary dinner provided. Free internet in lobby, wholesome breakfast at terrace, near BTS, family store next door, rooms as clean as they can be. Would love to stay there on my next visit.

I moved to DS 67 to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Nana area. I wanted a quiet friendly place to stay and to work part of the day. DS 67 was perfect for me, with a comfortable room, free wifi, great coffee, and very friendly and helpful staff. Being a two minute walk from the Skytrain,...

We stayed at DS67 suites on 3 separate occassions during April on our holiday. Each time was a pleasure to return to the hotel. The staff are a young friendly bunch who went out of their way to ensure our stay with them and in Bangkok was a safe and pleasurable experience. Nothing was too much trouble for them to...

Staff were friendly and accomodating, at all hours of the day and night. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but adequate. Great location neat the BTS Skytrain. Was booked on the top floor almost opposite the BTS so you could feel your bed shake slightly when it passed by! If travelling alone the room is an ok size but...

I stayed at DS67 Suites for 26 days in April 2010. This hotel is located very close to a BTS sky train station. When you step out of the hotel, you can actually see the station on your left, so it takes only a few minutes to be there. It is very easy to go to many places using a...

Staying in Thong Lor & Ekamai

Neighbourhood Profile
Thong Lor & Ekamai
Known as Bangkok’s hippest neighbourhood, Thong Lor and Ekamai is where the city's well-dressed and well-heeled spend their nights sipping cocktails in hidden speakeasies and posh restaurants. Live it up in one of Thong Lor's extravagant clubs and be prepared to brush shoulders with a Thai celebrity or two. While great for a night out, the area is nothing short of interesting during the daytime, either. Expect a mix of savvy coffee shops, pop-up bars and loads of vintage stores, brought to you by hip locals with eyes for design.
