I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I got a very bad experience in Mirth Sathorn hotel, when I arrived I was told that I was upgraded. I asked if It was a smoking room ans they said no. None of the room was a smoking one otherwise there will be a fine of 2000 bath, I instead that the...

The room was very comfortable and welcoming. The interior design is colourful, stylish and well carried out. Both the room and bathroom are spacious, and the TV features some satellite channels (the selection in English is not great, though). On the downside, the hotel can be difficult to find the first time, and it will take you a good 10...

There are few places I can think of that provide hotel accommodation of this calibre at the prices charged (admittedly booked through a consolidator but we all use them, don't we?) I paid little more than £18 a night for a beautiful single room with aircon and TV, wetroom and, well just about everything I needed. the reception staff were...

Quietly located and ideal for the Hospital. Also lots of places to eat nearby. Clean and friendly. Not sure what the curtains around the bed were for, so just left them pulled back. Staff were very helpful and gave good advice.

The hotel was located within a 2 minute walk to BNH hospital, so my visit there was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. English was never a problem. The hotel is small and quiet. It sits at the end of a traffic controlled street so there was little night noise (although the hotel is across from a school...

This hotel is quite small, but is clean and I think well priced. It seems quite new, I had a few cab drivers who had not heard of it. It is quite conveniently located near a sky train station and there are plenty of places to eat nearby and what seems to be a busy street market. I liked their...

This hotel is all right. It's neither bad nor good. It's just okay. The room is clean and the amenities are acceptable. I found the decor to be a bit tacky. The breakfast was not very good, so if given the choice to pay for it, I wouldn't. It's not necessarily convenient to go out for breakfast, but their coffee...

If you are visiting the BNH Hospital for any reason, this hotel is literally two minutes walk away. I arrived on a late flight, slept in a small but comfortable room and was out the next morning. It was exceptionally good value, and the night porter - the only person I saw in my brief stay - was very friendly...

Please check well before you pay in the website if it is for single or double occupancy. Decorated in Thai boutique style. Has wood color inside so bedroom is a bit dark. Clean room and bathroom. Cable TV quite difficult to operate. Refrigerator, robe, safe and hair dryer provided. Quite a walk from Lumpini metro station and Saladaeng skytrain station...

I had a very nice stay in Mirth Hotel because of the location. It is walking distance to shopping mall and easy access to MRT Station. The room was large and very comfortable. Staff were attentive to my every need and they were friendly. There was no language barrier as they all spoke English quite well.

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
