What can I say? I stayed here quite a bit a decade ago and it's cheap and was more functional than glamorous. In the last ten years it has decayed. The rooms have not been updated and the I took a picture for an Australian tourist of his bed bug bites. The bathroom was not very clean and the complimentary...

Old hotel 3* ,but no good. Poor clean room, cockroahes, bad-kept hall around and pool area. Adventage is price, location on BTS (Surasak station), rooftop pool. Poor wifi. Na tři hvězdy dost špinavý hotel se šváby. Příště bych se zde neubytovala, ani za cenu,že má dobrou polohu na stanici Surasak BTS a střešní bazén. Celý hotel je starý, neudržovaný a...

Got a good deal on one of the travel site. Location is fantastic just next to skytrain, room is spacious, WiFi works well, daily room cleaning, staff was helpful and the lady who serves breakfast is very nice. The bitter part is hard mattress, TV signal not good, washroom little stinky. Stayed on Seventh floor.

Checked in on 9th evening (RM607)and then straight out for dinner. Come back around midnight and after shower is time to sleep. But my friend end up being bitten by bedbugs so we went to reception and told the staff. He has no reaction to what we show him and told him but just hand us another key to another...

I stayed in King Royal Garden for 9 days. The price for 24 Euros for the room / night for 2 persons. 12 euros per person. Recently renovated hotel. Rooms were very spacious and clean with air conditions. The personnel was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The lobby was always too hot because there was no air condition.

Went to Bangkok on December 2016 Enjoyed everything about the city but king royal garden made this stay memorable. Everyday room service was very good. Kids enjoyed the pool on rooftop. At this price can't get better place to stay. Only downside is that they don't have a restaurant and on Sunday the out side vendors were also not available....

Stayed here several times during the last years but now its come to an end. The location is still perfect, litterally at Surasak BTS Station. The breakfast is still not good, but not very bad. The pool i still very good. But Absolutely nothing had improved at the hotel in 5-6 yers. Everything is just 5-6 yeras more dirty. Cockroaches...

I stay here for 1 night, beside BTS Surasak, near from pier to Asiatique. Room is clean and large, have a window. Free Wifi, but the signal is poor. In front hotel there is lots of food street (fresh fruit and banana panecake). The price is so cheap.

We stayed here as our friends always come to this hotel, to be honest its really good value for money, the rooms, the bed especially, are comfortable and the hotel its self is very well situated. We stayed an the 7th floor, lifts are always available and reception would appear to be open 24/7 but we did feel the bathroom...

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
