We only stayed for 8hrs there, staff was very helpful, but the hotel itself was dirty and dark hotel. Its located near the BTS and useful to go to airport.

Rude, stinky, dirty, Location is not actualy very good. Quite a walk to the airport link and very hard to find. Even taxis have a problem to find it. Don't take rooms here.. I did stay few nights and did have many problems with them. internet works only in the lobby I have feeling that my stuff where checked while I was out..

Family runned hostel near Pratunam.. Owner (lady) is very rude person.. One of us did leave some money at the room and that was a big mistake.. While we were out the stuff did steal 3000 baht for her bag left in the closet !! Stuff STEAL money in this questhouse !!! If you have to stay in this hotel (there can't be reason for that) DON'T ever leave anything valuable in the room !!! We did report to the police for this happening... Hotel didn't care a bit... they just did say that all the stuff are family and that could not happen.. They blame us for trying to get free rooms... Now when I read these reviews here at TripAdvisor... I can see that we are not only one's who did lost some money...

I spent two nights here in a room with 8 Beds. When I got there they would allow the fan to be turned on, cause we then were 3 person in the room (so make shure you come with at least two friends). When I lost the buisness card with the adress on it and went to ask for another (it's only a piece of paper after all!) the owner refused to give me another one. Even when I offered to pay for it (how sick is that??). After some time she was so "friendly" to at least write down the adress on a piece of paper, cause otherwise I wouldn't have know what to tell the cab driver to take me back. At least the other guests in the room where really cool so I still got to have a good time CONCLUSION: Unless they start to treat the people as guest, don't go there!!!!!!!!!!

The room was quite big with AC, TV and free wifi. We had to share the bathroom but there was nobody so it was ok. The room and the bathroom were both clean. The service was ok but if u need the hotel to order you a taxi or do anything for u the commissions are BIGGGG. The lady on the reception wanted 500 baht for a taxi to the Don Muang airport at 4 am and said that it was 1h away. It was too expensive for us and we just decided to go on the main road. At the end we got a taxi for 200 baht and it took us 25-30 miin to get to the airport. I would just recommend not to trust the reception and if u need a bus ticket or a taxi just get it on your own.
