I actually stayed here by accident when the hotel I had booked into had completely lost my booking and had to move me around in order to get me accommodated! The price was very good (I paid about 900 baht - although I am unsure if any discount was applied owing to the mess up with my original hotel). The...

Nice place with nice rooms, well serviced by local restaurants and massage parlour. Taxi ride 80baht to Silom, 400 Inc highway from airport. Terribly miserable front desk attendant-have stayed s number of times and he rarely has a good day! A smile would suffice. Can find more central and same standard for same/little more money.

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
