Lub D - Siam Square is very centrally located in Bangkok and is right opposite the BTS Sky Train Station! (The BTS was the cheapest way for me to get around and it was very easy to use) It is also a 1 minute walk to the well known MBK mall which is huge and sells everything such as knock... More

My concern about staying in Bangkok is cheap and also near BTS Station. My friends and I searched for hotel/hostel from Agoda for months. Until I found travel tips for Bangkok that Lub d Siam Square Hostel Bangkok is one on the list. I take a quick look into their website and found out that they served 4 bed dorms.... More

Centrally located near several big shopping malls and food plazas. Good for those into shopping but otherwise boring for others. Hostel is well maintained and clean but lack of elevator makes it difficult for those with heavy luggage. Also price is quite a bit high due to its popularity. It is very near a metro station although requires changing trains... More

we really enjoyed our stay at Luv D Siam. it is not the cheapest as you van get a bigger hotel room for the same price as the private deluxe in BKK but it is all about location 😃 very conveniently located and easy access to BTS. The staff are very helpful and smiling all the time. Do recommend to... More

Excellent hostel with everything you need while travelling in BKK: Good beer with an outdoor bar, big air conditioner in every room, good bathroom and everything is constantly clean. It's right below a metro station and there are always taxis in front of the hostel.

We stayed downstairs in the girls' dormitory in room 105. Even though it is right across from the main door into the dorm, I had no troubles sleeping, but am not a super light sleeper and you may want to try to get a room closer to the end of the hall if you are to avoid the in and... More

Very good location, subway just across the street, but a little noisy we can hear the train as the rooms are all upstairs in an open space. Walking distance to shopping malls. Lub-D has done a good job in keeping the place clean. However, the front desk staff need to improve their service attitude. The whole time we were at... More

I stayed in the girls' dorm w 3 other of my frds. The room was ok, basic n no frills, just a strong musky smell. Bed n cleanliness is in tip toe condition. I especially love the girls toilets! However, I wld advise anyone wanting a good rest or slp to stay before rm105; 101-104 maybe. I stayed in rm105... More

Dear Dotky, Thank you very much for the review and letting us know the problem. We are sorry to learn that it was noisy on your last night. stayed in a private room with a friend, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The shared bathrooms are cleaned often. good value for the money we paid, and the location is super convenient, right across from bts and mbk mall. There are lots of tuk tuks outside to take you to the Grand Palace (or anywhere else). Staff are very... More

Lub d definitely did not disappoint us one bit, and it is no doubt one of the prime hostels for backpackers. Stayed in a deluxe dorm (฿620/night), just nice and cheap for the four of us. The hostel was clean and comfortable, and the friendly staff made us feel at home. Location was the main pull factor, just a stone's... More
