Location: the location is both pro and con, it is very convenient since it’s located nearby BTS, you can get around the city easier. But it’s also means there will be a lot of businesses around that area, it will be noisy at night. The music from the street played until 3:00 am in the morning. How I know that, that’s how late it kept me awake. I am not a night owl, I am not an early bird either, so I learned to live with that, the only sacrifice is that I never got to see the morning of Bangkok.

Cleaning: the room is cleaned daily, but the bathroom smelled bad, almost unbearable, so I spayed perfume trying to cover the odor. Oh one more thing, on the first night, I tried to cover the window with the thick curtain, only to find out it’s dirty with many stains on it, it’s bothersome and I gave up. So my nights were so bright because the lights on the street.

Wi-Fi: Stable.

Hot water: it’s a bit disappointing, the hot water is not stable and at a low pressure. On the seventh day of my stay, the running water was out of order. There’s no water for the whole day, when I went to the front desk at 10pm, they said the repairman is coming…the water came back midnight, but since that day, I did not have hot water at all in my room. I am glad it’s summer, so it’s not a big deal of having a cold shower, but it would be nice if there’s hot shower after a long walk in the city. It’s still not fixed on the day I left the hotel.

Amenity: elevator, safe, tv, air conditioner, Wi-Fi, kettle, hair dryer, usb charger, mini fridge

Some notes: the thing that holds toilet paper in the bathroom is made of metal and is very sharp, I cut my finger on the first day… Be careful when you use it.
Bring your own morning kit and slippers or you can grab them at the 7-eleven nearby.

Conclusion: it’s a basic hotel good for those with a tight budget

3 to 5 mins walking from BTS Nana. Consider spacious room and room is in good condition. No coffee tea in room, but there is a coffee machine at the lobby. Room have many power point with USB and multi socket. Strange that TV is without remote control.

When check-in, they required THB1000 as deposit in cash only. Good and comfortable for short stay for overall.

The hotel is very well located just off Soi 11.
The linen and beds were nice, rooms are big enough and reasonably well appointed but it stops here… the hotel mostly needs maintenance as it’s showing its age. That should be reflected in the price.

The staff was really nice and seem genuinely keen to help.

If you want to sleep before midnight, take a room at the back of the hotel as the bar downstairs is really loud till about 01 am.

Not often I find a hotel so horrible that I just have to share, check in was probably the most pleasant experience of our 2 days. The Hotel overall is in seriously need of maintenance and a good clean. our first room was horribly dirty and not comfortable, on the second day there was a huge storm in BKK and our room leaked so bad we had to change to another. This room although a little cleaner was still terribly dirty and noisy. the hallways were left with dirty linen, some of the day staff are not friendly and my wife felt intimidated as they stared her down. It would appear that some of the local workers in the area reside at the hotel also and were extremely noisy and not considerate of others in the hotel coming in all hours of day and night and making a lot of noise. Banging on doors and walking with their heals that loud that it would wake us up. The location is in the heart of Sukhumvit 11 so we expected some noise of course but definitely not to the extent that we experienced. The last straw of the not good stay was the maid tried to say we left a hand towel dirty in the first room and requested the reception to charge us, It apparently had lipstick on it. We at no time used the towel in question so can only assume it was dirty before it was put in our room, and even if it is dirt isn't that part of the experience to expect them to clean it after use....?. Overall the location was good but very difficult in good conscience to recommend this hotel to anyone

Location wise hotel is superb. 2 minutes walking distance from Nana Bts. Sukhmvit soi 11 is only one minute walking distance. Hotel front desk staff is so welcoming specially the girl named yui she is so friendly. Only problem with this hotel is the housekeeping staff. They are not cleaning the rooms everyday. Sometimes if you say them to clean the room still they not even clean the room tho. This is the biggest drawback og the hotel. Rest all good 👍🏻. Hotel is atCenter point everything is near by specially for night life lovers..

To be honest, Citin Sukumvit on Sukumvit soi 11 is one of the best new hotels here. Sunita & Sajan at the reception are so helpful that check inn was very smooth. The rooms are new & so nicely done. It's best if you want to be around Nana BTS but not in the noise. Everything is 2 mins walk. Best clubs, best bars and street food. Cheap Shopping is a plus too. I've tried many hotels here but this one I am recommending for sure. Hot water, decent wifi & availability of everything you need. It's guest friendly as my friends joined & there was no hassle. The people working here are nice and helpful with ideas for the trip.
The price is too good for this location 👌

Clean, New, Convenient, safe and trustworthy. I'd love to come stay here again soon.

The worst hotel i have stayed at in Bangkok. windows so dirty you couldn't look out. Sheets on beds were stained and dirty. Everything was dirty. Elevator stops 1 inch below floor so you have to pick up roller bags to exit. the only good thing was location. i cant say anything else good about this hotel

Had a solo trip over the new year holidays here. Got a clean room, decent price, and warm smiles - I really couldn't complain about anything. Even though the building looks old, the room looked very new. Will come back again for another short trip.

Excellent Hotel at the heart of the city. Lots of decent eateries, massage parlors, coffee houses, super market within 5 mins walking. The availability of taxis is also excellent. The metro station is also very close. I recommend this place
