Well priced and affordable, friendly and helpful staff. Street markets close by, shops and clubs. Night life and plenty of entertainment and sports bars with Sport channels. No transport problems to go anywhere you wish.

I stayed here because Majestic Suites was full but the Top Inn is not recommended and if you want a budget hotel near to Nana BTS then Majestic or the next door Parkway Inn are much better choices. I found the Reception Staff uninterested, the room okay but it lacked basics such as soap, had no safe, and there was... More

I have stayed in Top Inn for the 3rd time, and there are many good reasons. Firstly it's walking distance to Nana BTS (which is just a few stations from Siam with MBK n all), and it's along Sukhumvit Rd where there's lots of food and roadside vendors, massage at level 2 (can arrange to do outcall at your own... Look, if you're young and stupid, like to get drunk and party all night, then this review is not for you - just go enjoy yourself and forget about the real world surrounding you. We stayed at Top Inn, because we know it from previous trips and had only one night in BKK, plus it was close to the railway... More

Top Inn was recommended to me by my Thai daughter-in-law. While it isn't a 5 star hotel, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I liked the location! It is right in the middle of all the action on Sukhumvit Rd.! Lots of places to eat, stalls for shopping right on the street and at night the stalls close down... More

This place is quite tricky to find down a side alley off Koh San Rd and not many people on that road seem to have heard of it, so look up exactly where you are going before you go and don't bank on anyone being able to help you out with directions to it! I would say the room was... More

We stayed here the night we hit Bangkok, April 20,2013 and again on April 30, 2013. The rooms are very basic but the a/c works well and it is off Khosan road so noise is not an issue. No elevators, so had to drag three bags up 6 flights of stairs. But we were able to leave our third bag... More

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Top Inn hotel in Sukhumvit. Our room was very clean, had a king size bed, bath-tub, and free internet. Very friendly staff that helped us grab taxis, gave restaurant advice. They also have a travel agency in the lobby that can book flights and various tours etc. It is conveniently located 1-2 blocks... More

I have stayed here a number of times, it's located in an ideal location as it's easy to get to from the airport and so close to shopping and nightlife. The train is right there to cruise around Bangkok. Very nice people that run the hotel and rooms are fine for the cheap price.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
