We stayed at the Carlton for a couple of nights and it was a wonderful visit. The staff were lovely and went out their way to make our stay perfect. The hotel itself seems very new and the room and facilities were excellent. I just wish we’d had a couple more nights there to enjoy it fully.

This is my third visit to Bangkok and the Carlton Hotel was the best hotel I've ever stayed! The reasonable price, location, friendly service, and clean facilities were perfect. Esther, a Korean employee, also upgraded the room for free, so I was able to relax during my stay! I don't think there's any reason not to choose the Carlton Hotel even if I come to Bangkok next time! It's a hotel that only I want to know👍👍 방콕에 세 번째 방문인데 지금껏 머물렀던 호텔 중에 칼튼 호텔이 가장 좋았습니다! 합리적인 가격, 위치, 친절한 서비스, 깨끗한 시설까지 완벽했어요. 한국 직원분이신 Esther님께서 룸 무료 업그레이드도 해주셔서 덕분에 지내는 동안 편하게 있을 수 있었습니다!! 다음에 방콕에 오더라도 칼튼 호텔을 선택하지 않을 이유는 없는 것 같아요! 나만 알고 싶은 호텔입니다👍👍

We stayed here in 3 nights and really satisfied in facilities, kindness of staffs, and room conditions. The hotel was near to MRT and BTS (around 5mins to walk), and wasn't that dark so we can walk around till late night. And since the hotel was new, every facility including bedding was so clean and cozy! Staffs especially Ms. Esther and Ms.View were so kind and really helpful. Also, Mr.Wat and Mr.Art at concierge's helped us a lot. They are so dedicated. We are so happy to meet them. If you are looking for nice hotel with reasonable price and great service, please take here. You won't regret for sure! Highly recommend! 방콕 시내에서 깔끔하고 가성비좋은 숙소를 찾는다면 여기만한 곳이 없을 것 같습니다! 신상이라 침구류나 룸 컨디션도 너무 깨끗하고 좋았고, 서비스가 정말 너무너무 좋았습니다. 한국어 소통 가능하신 분이 두분이나 계셔서 체크인/아웃 시 너무 편했고, 컨시어지분들도 짐 옮겨주시고 택시 불러주시고 방 시설도 직접 소개해주시는 등 너무 친절하셔서 묵는 내내 기분이 너무 좋았어요! 한번은 택시가 넘 늦게와서 부른 택시를 못탔더니 다음날에는 그랩도 따로 불러주시더라구요. 위치도 아속역이랑 스쿰빗역 모두 가까워서 돌아다니기 좋았고 길거리가 어둡지않아서 여자인 제가 밤에 다니기도 괜찮았어요!! 수영장도 사람 별로 없고 깔끔해서 괜찮았습니다. 조식은 안먹어봐서 모르겠어요! 그치만 방콕 시내에서 괜찮은 숙소를 찾는다면 여기만한 곳은 없을거같습니다 ㅎㅎ 담에 또 방문할거에요! 완전 추천합니다!…

Club Room stay - 33rd floor, excellent view. Check in to check out was seamless, staff were all excellent. Pawan (?) who checked us in around 1pm on 06/08/22, as well as the lovely young girl who served us double vodka sodas in the Club Room bar drinks during canape hours. BIG THANKYOU to Mr Chang, our lovely concierge who recommended us the best noodle shop we've been to in BKK (Rung Ruaeng). THANKS YOU MR CHANG!!

Another wonderful stayed with this beautiful hotel. I have a room assign on #1901 with great view, from facilities to service, top notch, make you feel home away from home. Excellent service whoever you met with. Especially front office Esther and the team. Housekeeping has also been very well done to provide you a fresh and clean room for the next day. Best choice to stay in bangkok.

I have to say that I am a big fan of Carlton Bangkok. This is my second time staying here. I love the architectural design very much. The hotel present its good design in both exterior and interior. Services are good and the staffs are nice. I do appreciate and would like to thanks Khun Title and his conierge team very much for their warm sevice and good arrangement in everything. Suggest to stay here; Carlton Bangkok.

This hotel is contemporary and modern, and and is very conveniently located in Sukhumvit. The BTS Asok is only a 7 min walk, which is perfect as taxis can me hard to located in Bangkok. The deluxe room is average size, with modern furnishings, and high tech gadgets including the Bidet. The breakfast was good, but I felt there could have been more choices for a 5 star hotel, however their chocolate croissants are to die for! Upon arrival which was around 4:00pm our room was not ready therefore we choose to wait in Tuxedo Cafe, and had some pastries and coffee. The coffee was definitely top class, we had some of desserts on display which looked delicious, but in taste were ok. We were disappointed that we had to wait for our room, which we did not get until 4:30 even though check-in time is 3:00 pm. We visited to Cool Tower Bar around 7:30pm and there wasn’t a hostess to greet us, we walked around by ourselves and unfortunately could not find available seating, none of the staff attempted to greet us or assist us, so we left and went to another rooftop bar. Upon check-out the front desk member was not very courteous, my husband paid the bill and all he received was a “Thank-you” There was no gratitude like “Thank you for your stay” or how was your stay” or “hope to see you again” They definitely lacked the true Thai hospitality, and need to revisit there roots and training. We booked this hotel based on the Trip Advisor ratings, but not sure if we would return to this hotel as there are many choices available that could offer more in hospitality.…

A newly built, neat, state-of-the-art hotel!!! The staff are very kind(In particular, DY of the concierge; Thank you for helping me use Grabple and get on the taxi). It has a swimming pool, spa Llet's relax) and rooftop bar, so there are plenty of facilities to enjoy in the hotel. Located at Asok station, the best place to enjoy Sukhumvit. Even if I come back to Bangkok, I'll choose Carlton!
