First time stay with friends to celebrate birthday. When arrived, stunning with lobby architecture and warm welcome by concierge and Front office staffs. Breakfast quality is great especially egg benedict and croissants are very tasty. Room is very spacious and quite relax as no noise from outside, free minibar in room. For Executive lounge benefits which I enjoyed high tea with a friendly service staffs and helpful. In the evening, we had dinner by using hotel credit at Flourish restaurant, loves Thai food (especially loukjaan by saneh jaan menus), and enjoyed pizza and pasta. We enjoyed using a swimming pool with a good hygiene and privacy. We spent all time in the hotel until check out. So much enjoy and highly recommend and come back!

To start off, we normally don't spend nights staycationing in Bangkok. However, our experience spending the night at Sindhorn Kempinski has definitely changed our perception of what a true staycation can and should be.

Check-in process was smooth, quick and efficient. We were escorted to our rooms and given a quick tour of the beautiful room overlooking the garden.

The room was spacious, well designed and comfortable with all the small touches for a great stay. The bathtub, spacious balcony and dining table were all well used. I highly recommend ordering room service as it was honestly one of the better meals we have had (even compared to some restaurants).

Amazing views from the pool and the thermal experience was a great stress reliever.

Breakfast was professionally done - a full buffet despite the lower amount of people dining. Everything from freshly made pancakes to noodles, warmed pastries and cold cuts.

We also had the afternoon tea - which you cannot miss. It tastes as good as it looks.

Overall we would definitely revisit to check out their other restaurants, and would recommend anybody thinking of staying in a true 5 star hotel go come here without a hesitation.

A big thank you to Aaishah, the friendly ladies in reception, the staff at breakfast and in the lobby for the great experience.

We evacuated from Bangkok explosion with 4 months old baby. We stayed here for 4 nights at Premier Residence room type. I’m so impressed that the housekeeping team provided a baby cot in bedroom and offer another baby mattress pad at living room for our baby to have some space for stretching in a day time.

Unfortunately, I got sick on the first morning. Staff offered a pot of chamomile tea and courtesy checked my well-being whenever they saw me.

Thai food is great especially Kaeng Ranjuan.

The room is well-furnished with kitchenette and washing machine with wash & dry functions.

We will definitely stay here again in the next occasions.

We have booked the room for 2 nights stay plus a touch and go package.

Pros
1) Room size is huge and bigger than the average size in Bangkok hotel and would be great family room where my toddler really enjoy it
2) Location of the hotel is super strategic and exclusive
3) The staffs has really showed their sincerity in rectifying the situation and with them trying at least makes us feel kind of appreciated despite the cons below
4) The breakfast spread is not wide but the quality of the food is good

Cons
1)Compared to the other 5* hotels in Bangkok they are on the high side so any slippage on the services below is never expected as we are expecting with that price point that they are charging they should be PERFECT and not only good
2)The whole stay would have been great minus the initial miscommunication on the bookings where the hotels has cancelled our whole touch and go arrangement including the pickup before confirming with our booking agency and without sending us any email to inform us or the booking agency on it.
We stood at the airport with my 3 yrs old toddler for an hour before noticing that it has been cancelled by them as the limousine services contacted them.
When we first called, they were so insistent that they are acting on the booking agency instruction and unapologetic on it until we have a tri-party conference call between all the parties and the booking agency has to read the emails that that wrote where they were only checking. No confirmation or instruction was given for the hotel to act and even if there is the hotel should have the process to email the party to inform them in order for us to react.
I was emotionally affected as this is supposed to be our little anniversary and with a toddler it makes the whole start of our trip totally unpleasant.
We managed to get the hotel to arrange an airport transport immediately after and we paid for it separately as there is no longer any airport limousine available.
Upon check-in they upgraded our stay to the suite and I actually requested for the first night to be totally waived for all the inconvenience caused to us but was rejected by them and instead they offered a free limousine ride to the airport on our departure.
I initially rejected as I am thinking for the inconvenience that they caused us they should be waiving it but once I settle down I just accepted as I no longer have the intention to haggle on this.
2)We ordered some in room food from Loukjaan including a PadThai , taste were awesome minus the shrimp which is mushy and not fresh.
3)The hotel exterior design is top of the class but not so much of the room design and furniture in the suite just doesn’t gel.
4)They charge for the steam room even for the in-house guest. With the premium price that they are charging for the room I am expecting this should be complimentary

Overall it could be better. Would I come back again? Maybe.

Absolutely stunning hotel with fantastic service. The staff were friendly, professional and went above and beyond. They took initiative and always tried to make our stay comfortable.

They followed Covid-19 standards and were diligent with their cleanliness, so we felt very safe. This was very important to us. They provided masks and hand sanitiser and all staff wore masks. They have many hand sanitising stations around the facilities including inside the elevators.

We booked directly through their website and signed up for their membership. This gave us access to some of their great membership offers such as early check-in, late check-out, room upgrade, and breakfast on arrival. We booked the Grand Deluxe Room and they upgraded us to the Executive Suite room which was extremely spacious and comfortable. Loved the oval bathtub! Having a decent balcony was also important because we wanted the option to have fresh air if needed.

The food was amazing! We also had hotel credit to use during our stay, which we could use for our in room dining. There was so much to choose from. Loved the shwarmas, croissants, and the alacarte breakfast. The beautiful green gardens are refreshing and Villa Market is just a stones throw away. Great location and super close to the embassies.

Best stay in Bangkok so far :) We hope we can come back again.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the excellent service and care I have experienced at Sindhorn Kempinski during 26-28 Mar. I am one of the organizer team for What the food fest.

Your concierge, Kantapon approached me and my team with his attentive, kind and helpful. He was helping my team to open the door at loading area. He was very proactive when I requested a small towel for an artist with the limited time due to the artist is on stage. He also provided a bit of Hotel information which was very useful. I love the concept and mood of bar and hotel, also all architectural design. Thank you again for such outstanding service.

We stayed here for 3 nights from 6-9 November. First impressed when entering ti the lobby. The lobby is impacted and touch so so defined decoration. Guarantee you have to stop to snap shot. Warm welcome staff. K. Chisa and K. Pann who is a person to check in for my trip. They are service- minded, professional hospitality. Room was huge and comfortable.
Afternoon tea at the lobby is highly recommend. Trendy Chic New Style that you should not miss it. Must Try. Savoury and dessert is delicious quality.
Swimming pool is located at 9th floor so calm and relax.
Breakfast will serve as buffet on sunday for other days is a la carte. Quality of food is great as well with portions size of food. Fruit Juice so fresh.
Now executive lounge on 19th floor does not open yet. Then for afternoon tea serve at firefly bar is nice place to take afternoon tea, sip a tea chitchat with friend up to date. For evening cocktail serve at lobby lounge snack menu choose some food from louk jaan res such as Moo Ping that delicious hood taste. Special mention to K. Panwira our star staff for my stay. She is very helpful, good service.
Lastly, very appreciated with warm welcome card for K. Mook operator supervisor.

Great stay at this lovely hotel. Have travelled to Bangkok many times and first time at the lumpini area. Tucked away from the busy Sukhumvit area yet within walking distance to the chitlom bts Station. Possible to walk as weather in dec is much cooler if not it better to take the hotel shuttle. Have never had so much greenery in the previous stay, within the hotel n also within walking distance to lumpini park, a very different Bangkok.

Chief concierge (Air) and his team was great to provide recommendations from Food to Transport to shopping around the area. Special thanks also to the bell service crew who always took extra effort to check our taxi/cars for any left behind stuff. Saved us some heartache in an incident, good job!

The hotel was clearly full house and some of the other service could have been more attentive. Minor point, we have stayed in other Kempinski and the mini bar selections are much better.

BKK was the first country that we visited after 30 months of being "locked up" in the tiny island of Singapore. Decided on a country that is not too far away to fly back home should there be another round of travel restriction.

Glad to have chosen this hotel despite it not been located in the middle of all the action ie connected to a BTS nor shopping mall etc.

We stayed in the Two Bedroom Premier Suite which is very spacious & looked brand new albeit the hotel opened its door in August 2020.

The twin beds in one of the rooms could actually fit 4 people! What won our hearts was actually how the bedsheets were tucked crisply into the beds just like how it was done in Sacher Wien Hotel, Vienna. That's a sign of good housekeeping. Kudos to that 👏

An area for improvement would be the breakfast spread. Being Singaporeans, we just love endless spread of food. During our stay, the choice was quite limited as we do not eat pork & meat.

Every morning, we ate eggs benedict with smoked salmon or omelette till we were bored with that. We saw lots of Arabic clientèle & thus, wouldnt it be an excellent idea if the hotel could introduce local dishes that do not contain pork & use halal chicken/meat?

Cappuccinos should also be served hot & not lukewarm. We have to send it back to the kitchen due to that.

Overall, it's still a good stay. We have shortlisted several hotels for our August trip ie Siam Kempinski (connectivity to Siam Paragon), Park Hyatt (cos I'm a Hyatt member) & Four Seasons (we ❤️ FS beds). However, we have decided on YOU !

See u in August! Hope the food selection would be improved.

I need to stay a night in BKK by myself on Sunday And I decided to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski as it locates in the middle of everything and it is very safe and super comfortable hotel. I used to stay in this hotel last year for a few nights. I found the room very spacious, super clean and the place is very well taken care of both indoor and outdoor. People are so helpful. All in all,It is very exceptional in all aspects. Even though the room rate is on the high side, I think it is value the experience.
So this time I was not reluctant to come back to sindhorn Kempinski. And I found it is the right decision I made. The hotel welcomed me by ago by upgrading me into an executive suite where I was treated like a princess. The room is super big (around 100++Sqm) the bathroom is so comfortable with separate shower room and toilet room with door lock. They provide you with free minibar (including perrier and combucha! ) and Nespresso coffee maker.
The breakfast was superb. You name it they gave it! Only that they should provide some vegan food😅😅
It’s a pity I only stayed for one night this time.
But I promise to myself next time if I have yo stay inBKK, there’ll be no other choice but sindhorn Kempinski

Nearest station is Chid Lom which is quite a distance to walk. I tried it once and it is ok, about 15-20 mins if you casually stroll but may not be the most convenient if you are doing it all the time. tried to explore the area - you can't cut horizontally to go to Ratchadamri. You will need to walk up to Ploen Chit Road and turn left to get to Erawan Shrine/CentralWorld etc. The hotel does provide a shuttle bus to Siam station upon request. Hope this helps.

They put the “H” in hospitality! [Saturday, at breakfast in the hotel dining room (which was and continues to be one of my favorite local meals) I was brushing up on the guidebook, the next thing I know the concierge showed up with a city map and some GREAT suggestions - unsolicited. Thought it was a nice touch!
