The Company Golfasia booked this Hotel for my wife and I along with many others for our adventures around Thailand. This was a nice Hotel with 7 Floors of rooms and a roof top pool and bar. We spent three nights there and really enjoyed them. From this location you can walk to the most amazing shopping mall, most of it,...

I stayed twice in this hotel, the first time my room was on the 7th floor, it was not very pleasant as I could hear noise from the water tank above the room. Luckily I only stayed for two nights. A week later I came back and they upgrade the room on the 4th floor, they said it was executive...

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a stay in Bangkok, and quite frankly was exceptional value for money when I stayed here at £50 per night. The hotel has a modern professional feel while still providing excellent personal service. I opted for the executive room which was a decent size, very clean, with a comfy bed, real wood floor,...

I had a great stay at Park Plaza. The hotel offers 5 star services and facilities at a very reasonable price. I had a big room with finally a really comfy bed (not hard as per Asian habit!), big bathroom all nice and clean. They have a nice roof top pool and a well stocked buffet breakfast. The location is...

The accommodation and service are wonderful, and the location is near to some tourist attractions and transportation hub. I felt comfortable and had an fascinating experience. I would like to recommend it to visitors who have a trip to Bangkok.

Soi 18 is a pleasant little Soi (street), lined with old trees and has a kind of old colonial feel about it. It has a good mix of restaurants and massage shops along the street and a few other hotels to visit and dine. The hotel is located a few hundred yards down Soi 18, a 3 min walk. I...

Good value for money hotel. It provides everything you need and staff are helpful. I had no problems. The only limitation (small one) is that it is set back from the main shopping area and requires a 10 - 15 minute walk to get there. Normally that wouldnt be an issue but in BKK temperatures you can get hot.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
