Stayed here for 2 nights during my short trip to Bangkok. My room was 209, a superior King room with ample space for a solo traveller. Very beautifully designed as well. Toiletries (soap and shampoo), as well as some basic amenities (cotton buds, shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste) were all provided in room. Two bottles of water are also provided for free each day. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with pretty nice city vibes. Breakfast was varied and had an interesting spread of Western and Thai options, on the two days I had their breakfast, the options changed a bit. Staff were all friendly, very helpful, and communication was also never an issue.

My only gripes with the room were the sound-proofing, or lack thereof. Room 209 faces the back lane, and it can get pretty noisy if there are bikes passing by at night. Wi-Fi connection was also spotty in the room, and the 5 GHz connection keeps getting disconnected if you move around the room too much.

The hotel itself is located about 8-10 minutes’ walk from the Phloen Chit BTS station. Do check with staff at reception to find out more about the free shuttle drop-off service to the BTS station that runs every half an hour from 7 am onwards. I did not enquire about pick-ups though, and if that was possible. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including a convenience store (7-eleven) so you will never ever go hungry during your stay here!

Myself Rashid Al Baloosh.🇦🇪&🇩🇪, And our stay at the hotel was exceptional, i really want appreciate the front desk manager (Ms Arm and team Aye Sam and Ms Sally) and I can't recommend it enough. The room service was prompt and efficient, delivering everything we needed with a smile. The room itself was spotless, with all the amenities you expect, including a well-stocked mini-bar offering a great selection of beverages and snacks.
The pool area was a true highlight—beautifully maintained with comfortable loungers, towels readily available, and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The water was clean and inviting, and the poolside service added a luxurious touch to the experience.

Breakfast each morning was a feast, offering an impressive spread with a variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruits, pastries, and an excellent coffee selection. There was something to satisfy every palate, and the staff ensured everything was fresh and well-stocked.

The guest service was impeccable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized attention throughout the stay, every staff member was courteous and attentive to our needs. It felt like they truly cared about making our stay memorable. Overall, this hotel delivered on every front, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service.

Our stay had almost started well... When we arrived at around 10:45 am (which we had stipulated when we booked between 10 am and 11 am), we were told that we can have our room in early check-in for free provided we leave a positive review immediately on T**padv*s*r. Being overcome by fatigue and having only one desire to sleep two or three hours before going to visit Bangkok, we wrote a positive review on the orders of the reception chief.
The rooms are clean and well appointed, the rooftop pool offers a beautiful view at night but be careful it is very very cold. The hotel is very clean and many staff very nice and helpful.
We had taken our reservation with breakfasts, we do not recommend breakfasts, we found them too expensive for the country for what is served, little choice and average quality.
In the rooms only one small roll of toilet paper so if you are unlucky enough to get sick each you have to go claim an extra roll...
What really displeased us is the fact that at the check-out, we are asked to adjust the washing of a case!! because supposedly damaged because of a slight disgorgement of hair dye!!! Certainly it is 312 baths, but for washing a pillowcase it is exorbitant when the next day you do a laundry of 15kg with the dryer for only 100 baths!!
We travel a lot and many times with sweat it has happened to me to have my hair rub off a little on white cases and NEVER been asked to pay the new price of a case. This is why the hotel industry uses white bedding and towels so that they can be bleached to remove stains.
So we obviously deleted the comment on the other platform and it will be posted there instead, denouncing the actions of this hotel to get positive ratings.
Of course, I explained to them that the task left without any worries in the washing and that their actions would therefore be denounced and that the mark awarded would therefore be low.

We had to check in early, and the staff here (Pesh and Phee) made it easy for us to store our bags while we waited for them to prepare our room. They allowed us to check in early which saved us a lot of time. This hotel also has a shuttle service to the BTS that leaves every 30min. The location is convient and the street that it’s on feels safe. There is also a cafe connected to the hotel.

The environment is super good, right on the side of the road, very easy to find. The guy at the front desk is super patient, speaks Chinese very well, and there is almost no barrier to communication. People who are not good at English have no pressure at all, the whole thing is very convenient and fast. The room is also very clean and tidy, and everything has been tidied up when you go in. Basically, you can check in quickly at 2 pm, the bathtub is also very clean, and there is a shuttle bus that can take you to the subway station from 7 am to 5 pm, which is very comfortable. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 10:30, and the selection is also good. Luggage can be stored. Overall, it is great! Hahahaha, I will come here again next time I come to Thailand!

The hotel is very good in general.
The room is not very large but well equipped and clean. The dining room is very clean too and the PDJ perfect.
The pool very cold but also good.

Only downside, the soundproofing. You feel like you're in the middle of the street so much that the windows aren't lined. And the same for the interior, even 10 rooms between the elevator and us, we hear the bell of the elevator.

Sleeper who has light sleep... abstain because it's really boring.

Dear Khun Dreamyswe, Thank you very much for the important information. Your constructive suggestion about that noise was disturbing your rest time at midnight on last week. And that needs our attention. It's also very valuable to us. My apologies for this inconvenience caused. As checked our CCTV on the 11th, we found that the neighbor room accidentally dropped a plastic drink cup on the floor as he walked out of the elevator. It is our challenging and difficult to fix a room that is not soundproofing. ฺBut we'll try to screen our guests who will staying on the 7th and 8th floors around your room to avoid any disturbing your stay. In the past, we have tried to improve all of your suggestions and will continue to make improvements on this matter. Once again, thank you for choosing us as your a long-term accommodation. Sincerely yours, Manatchawee S. General Manager
