We couldn't have wished for anything else. Great atmosphere, really friendly and caring staff who were very accommodating of our special needs. A big thanks to Khun Beer who helped us with our in-room breakfast wishes.
The hotel itself is quite stylish, well located and has a great rooftop bar. Breakfast buffet offers pretty much whatever you could possibly wish having for breakfast: fresh juice, various egg dishes, fruits, pastries, dairy, etc. There’s also an infinity pool which for whatever reason...More

Dear Veronika Y,
Thank you for sharing your lovely experience on TA.
I read through your feedback with joy knowing that every aspect of Hotel Muse met your satisfaction.
Our pool whilst not the largest is known as our little Oasis. Yes recommended!!
We loved the hotel. Great rooms and great interior design. Good location close to Chitlom BTS station. Very friendly staff.
But our dinner at Babettes was a bit disappointing. The food was great but the service didn’t meet expectaions. Bad cocktails. Strewberry jam in a...More
The staff has been really welcoming to us and we received a lot of little attentions. Upgraded upon check-in, Birthday Cake offered in the room; complimentary drinks at the rooftop bar. Special mention to Koko, the concierge, who has been really helpful regarding restaurants and...More
I am almost afraid to post about this tiny wonder in case it becomes so crowded it might ruin the private and VIP experience so artfully crafted by the staff. Where to start? The elegant interior? The rooftop bar with lovely cocktails and a wide...More

All BTS stations have escalators, and some have elevators. But the challenge here is that the escalators are often at the wrong end of the station. Access to Chit Lom station nearest to Muse Hotel is a stairway. There is an escalator further down the street, but it's not easy to get to because it would require crossing the street (which is quite wide) and navigate the uneven sidewalk for quite some distance. Also, escalators usually only go up, although there are some exceptions at some stations during rush hour.
However, there is a shopping mall (Mercury Ville) right next to the Chit Lom station. You could easily enter the mall (during opening hours) and use the interior escalators, and then exit the mall on the second floor using the BTS station exit.
