The title pretty much sums it up. People here are nice, polite and eager to go out of their way. I happened during my stay that the air conditioning in my room got broken. Immediately after I advised the reception a guy appeared in my room: unsuccesfully he accomplished the repair. One minute after I received a call from the...

I booked two nights but left after one. All rooms towards the river had a terrible smell of sewage and chemicals in the room. Rooms on the street side were a bit better but you could still smell it. It's probably toxic and I felt strange afterwards. Also there were ants in the rooms. The design of the rooms were...

5 night stay for business, a good, clean and quite place to stay. Staff are helpful and always with a smile. A bit away from commercial centers and not many places to eat around. Taxi's either charge higher rate or at times refuses to take u there. All non-smoking rooms and its lil difficult for smokers...

The hotel itself was nice. The room was new and clean. The only problem i had was with the receptionist who was not only lazy but also rude. I made the reservation through hotels.com a few days before my arrival and right after it was made I called the hotel to ask for direction. I am Thai so we communicated...

Good hotel location not far form Khao San Road, Small rooms but comfortable and clean. Near canal boats pier and close to Golden mountain easy to get the bus, BTS or railway station. Nice value for the money .

The inn has a very modern design. Stayed in a small room - but enough space for a solo traveler. But it lacks of many things, no water, no toothbrush, television, fridge, even doesn't have a glass to drink or clean my teeth. Staffs don't clean the room. I had to go down stair and asked for everything, from towel...

Modern, secure, compact, no frills. No frills from this ZEN franchise hotel - one towel, no breakfast etc The design clearly started as an open warehouse, with partitions inserted to make the (small) rooms. As such, the soundproofing is inadequate each side of a room and also from above. This hotel is very modern, recently built or refurbished with marble...

Spent 3 nights here as a solo traveller. Stayed in their basic one bed room. It does exactly what it says on the tin small but everything you need. Separate shower and toilet and a single bed. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is a nice seating area to watch the world go buy ( or the river...

I stayed here with a friend for two nights, we were happy with our stay. The hotel was clean, hotel staff were helpful. We had to pay a cash deposit which was a little strange. The room was basic, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was good. Our main issue was the rat in the laundry area. We understand being...

Its really cosy, clean, love "my" room, its near of the most beautiful Temples and a short walk to Khao San. Love my stay and...
