Stayed in this hotel for almost 11 days, the location is right next to Bumrungrad Hospital. The pics online look much better than it actually is. it is located in a garage looking building, with concierge on the ground floor and you have to catch...More
Nothing specific - great hotel to stay for holiday or Business. Good food especially the Thai cuisine they serve. I am a vegetarian and asked for Panang curry Veg and the chef made a brilliant one. I personally thanked him for that.

This hotel is used by a lot of people needing access to the Bumrungrad Hospital which is practically next door. It could be a lovely peaceful haven for those with sick relatives in the hospital if only the owners spent a bit of time and...More

Good Hotel. A bit overpriced due to its prime location though. You can get similar hotels with lower price elsewhere especially if you are not too particular about your location. (Bangkok is blessed with a great public transportation system. So I would not mind staying...More

With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's
hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

This did answer the question, or resolve the problem(s). The correct response by the GM was to offer to move me to room without problems. If no room was available then there are several options. Free nights stay, discount on current bill, free dinner, etc. Instead I got pretty much the same answer here as from Mr. Tony. Thanks for the feedback, we are sorry and will take it up with the staff. That does NOTHING for me, or my stay, at your hotel.
