Like the person from the previous review, I booked for an executive room and was given a tiny room that did not match the photos on the site. It was also infested with flies.
I complained to the staff - who kept trying to tell...More

With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's
hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

This did answer the question, or resolve the problem(s). The correct response by the GM was to offer to move me to room without problems. If no room was available then there are several options. Free nights stay, discount on current bill, free dinner, etc. Instead I got pretty much the same answer here as from Mr. Tony. Thanks for the feedback, we are sorry and will take it up with the staff. That does NOTHING for me, or my stay, at your hotel.
