Last minute, pick up this hotel due to good prices and convenience location.
I checked in on 19 September , and the total was 5 days 4 nights at 2 .15pm
The hotel staff told me the room is not ready, but the front office staff a lady offer me a lobby to rest and told me at a corner to have free coffee for free for the whole days. Around 3 pm, I check in ,room with hair dryer, safety box in the room, toothbrush can collect at the lobby, and 2 bottles of drinking water .if you need More can request, they will be willing to offer 2 more. Just give some tip
Will do
The room is so so, but the location is great , walking distance to the silom nights spot bar and club, many food restaurants, and a local food stall. One good thing is that the hotel staff provides good service during my stay. morning market around the corner ,6 mins walk to bus station ,take number 504 yo airports, around 50 T.B if no traffic should be 3t minutes can reach the airport. I may consider for my next trip and stay here against.

Good value for a budget centrally located hotel in a busy night life district of Bangkok. Reception staff speak english and a basic breakfast is proposed to the guests. Reception hall nicely decorated with teddy bears.

I have stopped here 4 times and for the price you pay and location I have never expected much, however on this visit when arrived here was a sign in reception saying back in 20 minutes, 39 minutes later someone arrived to check me in, although their friendly when it's 5 in the evening you expect someone to be at reception, also the room was full of
Mould and parts of the room were in disrepair and the aircon leaked water directly onto the bed so no need to shower as you can take one by rolling around on the bed, bed sheets and covers were in poor condition, Reception either were either not interested or did not understand the complaints I raised. Nantra group sort out maintenance issues in your hotel Nd staff training l. I have attached photos for people and Nantra group to take a look at the pictures you should be horrified

Worst receptionist imaginable. Clearly untrained in customer service and with no sense of politeness nor ability to listen. This chain of hotels should avoid employing indifferent and poorly educated staff since the hotel is losing a lot of money as a result.

We ended up choosing this hotel because it was close to the Night markets, Bars and the clubs etc... The other reason was the PRICE We only paid around $20 per night which included free WIFI - FREE BREAKFAST. and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. There was a lot of White MOANING people complaining about little things such as NO SMILES FROM STAFF, A MARK HERE AND THERE. ROOM TOO FAR UP THE BUILDING. BREAKFAST TOO SIMPLE etc.... But We thort to ourselves, If they wanted 5 STAR service and HOTEL. Why did they choose this HOTEL as silom is a BUDGET HOTEL.!! ....THESE guys want to pay low prices but expect royalty service and a 7 star hotel........

Absolutely horrible hotel, I paid 4 nights and checked out after first night . If I hadn't have just spent over 24 hours in transit I would not have even stayed the night. Room is very basic, bathroom is shower over toilet, mould everywhere , aircon stinks, dirty bed linen. The lift doesn't work. Walls paper thin, gap under door. The front of hotel is dodgy. Staff rude!!! If you want to be close to Patpong, then I guess you could overlook these things for the price you pay, not me though I am now at a much nicer hotel in Pratunam. You get what you pay for!!!

Lets start off with the only pro.
Location! Right off of the main strip, Silom Road. Conveniently close to everything you would need. BTS, shopping, restaurants, markets, street food, hospital, bank, 7/11 .. everything is minutes away.

On to the cons.
I arrived around 9pm and 1st thing I notice when approaching while walking down the dim lit Soi8 was the many people just loitering around. These were not guests of the hotels or travelers. They were locals boys just hanging around doing absolutely doing nothing. Im sure for some, especially for women, this could make any1 a little uneasy. A dim lit alley with a bunch of guys hanging around could mean trouble (and this was every night) I enter the hotel lobby and checked in with no problems. Made my way to my economy room 710? 1st thing I noticed was the room was very dirty. Dirty towel laying on the bed. Dust everywhere. Floor looked like it was never vacuumed. Bathroom was full of spider webs and spiders. Water still on the floor of the bathroom as if some1 just finished taking a shower. Room is pretty small. WIFI was a bit laggy at times. I did not receive room service my 1st day and a half until I hung the clean my room notice on my door. When housekeeping finally did come all they did was hand me a new towel and a bottle of water. I purposely left a piece of paper on the floor to see if they were actually cleaning the floors, the paper was still there amongst the the dirt that was already there. TV had around 20 channels, 1 or 2 of which had shows in english. Aircon worked well. No hot pot to make hot water. Breakfast from 7am-10am. I did not partake in breakfast but it looked very basic. Eggs and toast. Small cpu area in the lobby. 1 of the hotel staff that I spoke with (young female) wasnt too personable. I asked a couple questions and she seemed too preoccupied with her phone to actually do her job. Walls are very thin or have not been properly insulated because you can hear everything that is going on. You can hear people talking in other rooms, showers, all the vehicles driving by outside. The last couple nights of my stay, Not sure if it was a club or just karaoke next to the motel but they were singing all night. Having rude, obnoxious and loud people staying on the same floor doesnt help either.

With all of this being sad, I kept in mind that it is a budget motel. You get what you pay for as they say. But I do not think being a budget motel excuses the lack of cleanliness. If you do not mind dirty floors, walls, bugs, and all types of noise keeping you up at night then you wont have a problem at this place.

I would not recommend this place at all for any type of stay. But if you were to stay here, make sure its just 1 night. Just some place to lay your head at night. Definitely not a multi night stay.

Online booking are dummi advertiments, before booking thier is some actactive thing and faclities but when you check in time the say actactive thing and faclities don't have at all. Then how I going to write a review on this portal for this hotel, I wrote an email to the hotel management waiting for reply for this issue, but I was dissapointed, until today never even send me a reply at all.

I am so sorry to read about the people that have had bad experiences. I have nothing but positive things to say.

1st - it's 2 blocks from the hospital - if you need it.
2nd - breakfast is NOT mediocre! you tell me: all-you-can-eat corn flakes, milk, fruits, choice of juices, toast with jams, free water! and a maid to cater to your needs and clean up after you!
3rd - train to anywhere is only 4 blocks away!
4th - plenty of shopping & sightseeing, street vendors, food, night shopping, on Silom Road
5th - about a colorful 10min walk from Patpong night market and the sex shows.
6th - my room has always been wonderful - clean - maintained!
7th - 17USD/nt! For a nice, single room -- not a slop house at all!!! 21USD for two!
8th - ELEVATOR to your room!
9th - good internet in the room and desktops for use in the Lobby!

Receptionist helpful, jolly, and courteous!

This will be my 4th stay - and I wouldn't consider anyone else at this price for location location location, and ease to get to.

Book on Hotels.com
Anyone else is a joke! and more expensive DESPITE what they say to lure you!
Hotels.com gives you free nights! Check it out!!!

Hotel very expensive for what it can offer u. Always problems with reservations. The hotel website accepts the booking although it is fully booked for out first night. We reached at 1.00 am after a long flight. They found a solution! They gave us a dirty cave to rent at the 7th floor. Hair and dust everywhere. Shower very dirty. We tried to book a Deluxe room by agoda for the second night ( cause of the very good location ). Booking paid and cancelled one hour later cause fully booked too. This hotel need to change the management organisation. It was not our first time there but 2 years after we can see the hotel is worst than before.
