I wanted somewhere not crowded, surrounded by greenery. I also wanted something to burn those calories accumulated fr eating too well in BKK. Siam hotel with the muay thai and spa package tick all boxes and more ! They provided the muay thai shorts and knuckle straps. Master Yim was, as his name implies, full of smiles even with a...

My friend and I came to The Siam after a hot, humid day of touring around Bangkok, and we had the best butler who offered us watermelon juice upon arrival. Our pool villa allowed us to relax, and even though it rained a few hours after arrival, we didn't fret because our butler offered us warm hot chocolate. The friendliness...

This was honestly the nicest hotel i've ever been to. The staff are extremely friendly and if you want to travel/visit anywhere they will arrange it all for you and give you a map etc. They have a private boat which is great and worth just getting on and going down the river as you are able to see lots...

We loved The Siam. Service was excellent and it was just private, quiet and it was definitely a hotel that provided quality in terms of the room.. bathroom amenities bedding to food. We were spoilt because we were completely pampered... needless to say We will go back to The Siam if we are ever in bangkok again.

It is the best Thai hospitality I ever experienced. Our butler was so friendly and polite, the arrangement were made to the great place we want to visit. She also partially took care of our children when we were at the pool. They are so real which made us feel so much enjoy our stay.

I visited the Siam hotel with wife and 2-yrs boy. The staff including buttler gave us special hospitality and kindness. During this trip son's birthday came, the staff made a birthday card and birthday cake, especially it was made for dairy free!! Because he is allergic to dairy products. Anyway the Siam hotel is special hotel. It was cosy and heartful...

I have been to Bangkok a few times but eating here is really something special. If you are looking to push the boat out and get a real Thai culinary experience that you will not forget, then look no further. Be prepared to make an evening of the experience I think our party were there for 3 hours and the...

Service was very personal and superb but discreet. Accommodations were beautiful and luxurious; facilities extraordinary and unique; antique collections on display very subtle, diverse and amazing; ambiance quiet and contained; food simply exquisite; the hotel shuttle boat ride along the Chao Praya River a must. Views of the river from the suites were breathtaking.

I cannot wait to visit again! The service here is world class. Instead of calling room service this hotel provides a personal butler who can magically provide anything you could want. Food, flowers, bath salts, fresh towels, hygiene items. Your butler is there for your stay and takes care of the entire floor. This hotel also has a wonderful pool,...

Staying in Dusit

Neighbourhood Profile
Dusit
When wandering around the Dusit Palace grounds, you'd almost forget you're still in a Southeast-Asian city. The Renaissance-style buildings and leafy gardens wouldn't be out of place in an European capital, and the serenity here is in stark contrast with the chaotic city life outside of its complex walls. Dusit is one of Bangkok's oldest districts, and while the rest of Bangkok is modernising at a rapid pace, Dusit seems to have stood the test of time. Come here to find family businesses in traditional shophouses, small-scale local markets and streets unfazed by modern city life.
