We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights stay with kids. Check-in staff, doormen, and concierge were all very friendly and helpful.
Hotel provided 2 bottles of drinking water each room that were replenished daily.
I believe housekeeping personnel were different each day. On our 2nd day, it was a nice surprise that housekeeping took the initiative to put an extra bedsheet over the joints between our 2 beds for the kids. On our 3rd day, housekeeping was aleady in one of our rooms when we came back from breakfast before 9am and she looked annoyed that we were back, and proceeded to clean the other room as well while we huddled from one room to the other while she cleaned.
We added breakfast to our rooms and the buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, including a live noodle station that had different types of soup each day. There is also a halal/vegetarian section.
We did use the swimming pool one evening even though the water was cold in December.
We have enjoyed our stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square for its convenient location next to Siam BTS (CEN) station and walking distance to Central World, Big C, and Platinum Fashion mall through a linked bridge.

Booked executive king size bedroom. Room was rather small as compared to other hotels but location is faultless. The executive lounge was good with decent selection of food. Waitress Mint was attentive during breakfast and ensured plates were cleared.

I recently stayed at the Novotel Siam Square in an Executive Premier Room with my husband from November 20-24, 2024, while attending a 3-day conference at Chulalongkorn University. The location was excellent—just a quick 4-7 minute Grab bike ride to the university and conveniently close to major malls and downtown attractions. Even Jodd Fairs was just 20 minutes away by bike taxi. We wouldn’t recommend you to take a taxi as the traffic can be really bad, especially in the afternoon.
The room was well-sized for two people, offering enough space to move around without feeling cramped. My husband, who stayed in the room while I was at the conference, found it comfortable and enjoyable. One minor drawback was the late cleaning service on Saturday, which seemed to be due to a single staff member handling all the rooms on our floor. However, she was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, which made up for the delay.
We made good use of the Premier Lounge, which was a highlight of our stay. While the breakfast options were somewhat limited, the private and peaceful atmosphere was a welcome change from the bustling restaurant on the second floor. Special mention to Mint, one of the lounge staff, who was exceptionally friendly and gave us great tips on local attractions and a recommendation for a fantastic Thai massage place.
Both the Premier Lounge and the unbeatable location made this stay memorable. I would definitely recommend Novotel Siam Square to friends and family, and we look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Bangkok.

As part of my company policy , some of the Novotel hotel in Bangkok is part of the allowable hotel i can booked, i have selected Novotel Siam Square due to the BTS is nearby and a lot of eatery around. After stay for 10 night for this business trip, I think i would not consider to return
Location : Yes, its location is perfect, near to BTS Siam station which run 2 major BTS line , walking distance to Siam Paragon, MBK and central world .its also quite happening as during the weekend , there are youth is performing at siam center .
Hotel : As commented by follow travellers, the design of the hotel is dated and it need to new coat of paint and its also a bit stuffy in the lift, to be fair, they also have a upgrading of the lift happening . Room interior : I stay on the 9th floor . which is the Deluxe room , room is basically clean and tidy but its also suffer the same fate as the design is dated . Moreever, there isnt a basic desk for working(only a stool and a ovalish table). The is wierd is i dont such issue issue at those other Novotel hotel in Bangkok that I have stay before
Service : This is the area which I felt need improvement . From the time of check in till check out . I felt that Im like treat as not being welcome . Here are some of the highlight a) Check in was quick ,they offer me a " special room" which is a corner unit, which I kindly rejected as my personal preference does not like to stay at corner unit,however, the check in staff is not showing a happy face that i have rejected it . b) breakfast: As it getting crowded in the morning , I need to find my own table and there is no indication that the table is occupied( even my personal belong is on the table) , there is another guess just sit at my allocated table ! this can be easily resolve if the restaurant able to put some indication is occupied c) charging for ice cube : its the 1st time in all my traveling that I was chargef 60 Baht for a bucket of ice ! d) cant get thru operator , need to try a few times , e) Check out, again, there is no asking on my stay and its quickly check me out However, its not all bad as the house keeping team is working deligently , trying to clean my room fast and also the staff of the ground floor lobby bar too
If the 10 night stay is not charged at the beginning of my stay, I will move out of the hotel and I believe other Novotel in Bangkok should be better service that this one Overall do not enjoy my stay for my next trip to Bangkok ( in Mid June)

The rooms are maintained at a very overage (at places below average) level. The location is a winning star as most of the malls and shopping centres are within walking distance of 15-20 mins. The breakfast was disappointing as it has same spread for continuous 4 days we stayed in with no vegan options and just one vegetarian option. They did have a seperate Indian spread which was same fr all 4 days with food which neither looked nor tasted fresh. Most of the staff is non English speaking and thus find it difficult to understand and respond to complaints and grievances. We booked a premier room. They are on higher floors and came with additional facilities like all day access to bar (with limited choice of hard drinks) and high tea. Surprisingly, premier rooms don't have jet hose in their toilets but the lower category rooms do have it.

Got to stay here just two nights while transiting through to another destination, I really enjoyed my time and wish that I could have spent a few more nights. The hotel is in a great location with great food markets mixed with high end restaurants near by while also having the best and biggest shopping malls in Bangkok, as well as the BTS train system all within walking distance. In the days leading up to the trip I contacted the hotel asking if they had a airport pickup option they we're great with quick response emails and gave a few choices. I picked the second a BMW at the time of booking I thought the price a bit high at 2400thb its true I could have easily got a taxi a half the price but after the experience it was totally worth it and would do it again. The transit through the airport was quick and efficient straight to the car and swiftly away to the hotel by a great driver. Check inn was pretty quick especially with about 5-6 other couples trying to check inn at the same time, they had at least 5 maybe six staff working the check inn at the time approx 6:00pm. Only took 10-15 mins before we were in our room with a bellboy binging all our bags just about 2mins after entering the room. The room was just as what you see in the photos. It was clean the bed was above average comfortable especially for Thailand, the bathroom was just right and the shower had good pressure and was hot enough. the WiFi worked well and the room TV had both Thai and English channels. I had a great time in the area around the hotel. The staff all tried really hard to do there jobs well and I definitely felt that Novotel quality. The only thing that could be improved is the pool I mean its ok but more of a 3 star hotel pool then a five but seems to be the norm in the big city Bangkok. Would definitely keep this hotel at the top of my consideration list when returning to Bangkok in the future.

We traveled to Bangkok with my father-in-law, mother-in-law, wife, and our 10-month-old baby. Getting a 50% discount on the second room when booking two rooms for four people was the best deal.
When we went to have breakfast with our baby, the premium lounge had a high chair available, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and affectionate toward our child, which we truly appreciated.
Last year, we stayed at Novotel Singapore on Stevens, but the lounge food here was more diverse, and most importantly, the staff were much friendlier. One staff member who stood out was Mint—despite our baby being shy around strangers, she kept coming over to interact and tried her best to play with the baby while providing us with top-notch service.
Although we faced some difficulties as we failed to book through the ALL application four times, we are still willing to use this hotel again in the future.

Fantastic check in experience, Susie who made the check in process seamless memorable! Thank you Susie.
Rates were very reasonable for a 4star accommodation in the middle of Bangkok, and a gem of a location close to all shopping, food, attractions, meeting points and anything (almost) one can think of. Basic good amenities which were sufficient. Staff were terrific and very friendly and this made the difference to our stay.
Special mention to Dew (duty mgr) and Tar (front office mgr) who both dealt with a minor incident that occurred during our stay. Their prompt actions and how they both dealt with the situation were commendable. We were upgraded to the club floor which was recently renovated and being frequent travelers, my wife and I were both very appreciative and grateful. Thank you Dew and Tar for this incredible service.
Breakfast was a delightful experience. All manner of breakfast to accommodate (halal and non-halal) including western style breakfast plus the Asian spread of breakfast were well received by all guests. How do we know this? Just the look (happy and contend) and enjoyment on every breakfast table were the silent approval which spoke infinite excellent reviews!

Stayed from 28 November to 12 December for a total of 14 nights as part of our wedding anniversary.
At that point of my stay, I was still an Accor Gold member and, as usual, I would seek help from Khun Chareon (Ben) the accommodating Duty Manager to arrange for an early check in as I prefer the first flight out of Singapore to Bangkok so that I can visit Wat Erawan early.
Khun Ben was not on duty so Khun Toy checked me into Room 1028. The hotel had taken the initiative to decorated our room to mark our wedding anniversary.
However, the room was hot and stuffy like a furnace. We knew we couldn’t stay in a room that was hotter than the corridor that had no ventilation/air-conditioning.
We informed Khun Toy who, fortunately, agreed with us that the corridor outside the room was cooler than the room itself after he followed us into the room.
As a result, the team had to rearrange and give us another room and the wait would be 2 hours long (!).
After waiting for more than 2 hours, Khun Katoon (Room duty manager) assured us that our room would be ready soon as it was still being cleaned up.
The hotel keeps telling me the rooms on Level 18 are being renovated so I couldn’t be given a room on the highest floor but I keep seeing guests taking the lift up to Level 18.
Although it wasn’t a very pleasant start, Room 1330 was better.
The rest of our stay went smoothly though the housekeeping team didn’t replenish the towels/water on certain day (although I always leave a small tip every morning).
Special thanks to Khun Ben, Khun Neur and Khun Proud in ensuring that our stay is as pleasant as possible.
I would also like to thank the chatty Mint from the Premier Lounge and May from the Square for making our breakfast and happy hours even happier.
I will be staying at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square again in two weeks’ time.
The hotel remains my favourite residence in Bangkok and is my home away from home. Over the years, I have also made many friends with the Team Siam Square.
BTW, the rooms look good after some A & A (addition and alteration).
Now that I have achieve the A+ Platinum status, could I please be given a suite on Level 18? The renovation has gone on for a year. Hahah.
