I stayed in Amari Blvd from 26th September to 3rd October 2012. On the first night of the stay I was sorting out my cash and dropped a large number of US dollar notes which fell unnoticed and probably went under the bed. I went out the next day ( without realising I had dropped the money) and when I...

Thank you very much for your review, which was very appreciated. We have indeed rewarded Khun Pornpimol accordingly, but also displayed your comments to her colleagues, showing how much a room attendant can contribute positively to the reputation of the hotel. As much as we are proud to count many team members like her, we cannot stress enough the importance...

Check in was quick but were informed that we had to wait for our room, as checking was not till 2pm and we had arrived at midday. We were offered a pot of tea while we were waiting, but it was not till approximately 2.30 after chasing it up we were informed our room was ready. We were fortunate enough...

Spend 2x 5 nights in this hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Very convenient location to explore the city from, as it is less than 5 minutes walk to the Nana Skytrain station. Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, market stalls and entertainment in the area. Rooms provide everything you need, there is a good size pool on the 6th floor...

The vast majority who reviewed Amari Blvd rate it "very good". I'd agree. In the last 6 months I've been to BK 3 times, and spent 12 days total in this hotel. My employer paid, and I never knew how much. When I found out how little it was I as surprised. Amari Boulevard wins not only on their product,...

I think I stayed in the new section last time I stayed here as I remember it being much nicer than it was this time. The decor in the room is really dated, carpet looks a bit gross and shower curtain not the most hygenic looking thing. That said, it had everything I needed in a room for £45 incl...

Thank you for your review. We are happy to read that you enjoyed your stay overall and appreciate your tips highlighting our location. Due to our proximity to Bumrungrad International Hospital, we are indeed popular among guests from the Gulf States. This also ads to the variety of different restaurants one can find within walking distance from the hotel. Best...

We had a 3 night stay here at the beginning of November. Hotel was in a good location for shops and restaurants and very convenient for the Skytrain. Our room was a decent size and had plenty of storage space. Yes it was a little tired and could perhaps do with redecorating but that is the nature of large hotels...

Thank you very much for your review. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and would consider to come back. Your tip on the taxis is also appreciated. We indeed do not recommend to accept boarding a taxi not switching on the meter and setting a fixed price, even if this means one would have to wait for the...

Rooms are tiny & badly maintained - the hotel really shows its age. Staff does not understand or speak English very well. Service requests need to be followed up on. Food will suit the Indian palette very well Parents be ware of the "working ladies" - it is a very quiet operation but kids tend to observe & ask questions....

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on the first leg of our tour of Thailand & we definitely got the seedy Bangkok experience staying in this area of Sukhumvit. Thank you for your comprehensive review about the hotel and its surroundings. Don't stay here. I reserved at this hotel due to a recommendation from an American tour guide with whom I was traveling with to Burma. I guess she got the kick back? Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
