It was one of my favourite hotels in Bangkok. The staff are well trained and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Good location and the hotel is well connected to BTS station. However, the hotel is a little bit worn out now. It looks exactly the same as my first visit 10 years ago and requires renovation.

I stayed 2 nights with a girlfriend who treated me to a weekend in Bangkok. It just changed hands from Four Seasons to Anantara but I believed most of the staff stayed. Check in was conducted by a very charming gentleman who also showed us around the ground floor area and answered all our questions. Although I agree it isn't...

It was a Four Seasons Hotel until 28 Feb 2015, and overnight it became Anantara. We stayed in its first week of being an Anantara, and most of the staff are still from Four Seasons. I have always loved the hotel lobby and it still feels the same as you step in...colonial old-school grandeur. The rooms, however, do need some...

Situated in the heart of Bangkok, accessibility is the key advantage of this property. Walking distance to good eateries and the BTS. The hotel settings are awesome and the staff are very efficient. The forest theme within the hotel premise is very soothing and relaxing. Keep up the good work!

The hotel is nice and many of the remaining staff from Four Seasons originally are very good. They provides professional services. The restaurants, such as The Spice Market has excellent food. However, the hotel hardwares are very out of dates! The hotel structural design is one of those in the 80s. The decoration is very Thai but they seems to...

Everything and beyond what one would expect from a Four Seasons. The staff the rooms the location are all perfect for Bangkok visitors. Worth the cost to stay here. Close to skytrain as well. Would suggest booking a room not on the busy main street side
