Stayed here early January. Arrived early morning around 9am, offered early check in at hotel at a cost of £75 extra which we took as tired after early flight but surprised by reading other reviews that previous customers have checked in early at no extra cost ??? Now the good things, the hotel itself I would say is just set outside the main busy city centre but a very cheap 5 minute taxi ride in depending on traffic. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, our room was large, very clean and comfortable with amazing city views. Breakfast was plentiful and very good selection of choices. We had drinks and dinner at the Vertigo restaurant again superb food and service and amazing views. Apart from the early charge we can fault this hotel in anyway, perfect. …

We stayed three nights in Bangkok at the Banyan Tree and found it to be the perfect sanctuary from the busy city. Our experience of the food, pool, spa, accommodation, service and hotel generally was excellent. Our room was in fact so comfortable that we managed to entirely miss breakfast on the first morning. We were also incredibly impressed that they unexpectedly allowed us to check into our room on arrival at 9am affording us in essence an extra day enjoying the facilities. Whilst I've no doubt there are many options for high quality hotels in Bangkok, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Banyan Tree or indeed return in the future.

Enjoyed our stay at Banyan Bangkok. hotel most comfortable and super service by all the team from concierge, to reception to room service. Particular the Happy Hour Club group - always ready to accommodate and make your stay as need. Great thanks to Nina and her crew! Very large selection from breakfast to chose from. Room was spotless and functioning. Beds comfortable to help us rest and recover from jet lag. Easy short ride down to the river with cab. If you have time, go to Virtigo to take in the breathless view. Thanks Banyan for a wonderful stay.

Delicious food, spectacular views and attentive friendly service (Oat and Yung were our servers). Take a step outside of Bangkok’s hustle and bustle and breathe the air of serenity and sophistication of Vertigo Bar. Would definitely recommend. Tantalise your tastebuds with the avocado risotto and the scallop entree.

Beautiful view of the city of Bangkok. I ordered the house made gnocchi and it was delicious. The cocktails are sensational! Bring a cardigan as there is a little breeze! Our Server, Oat and Yung, were brilliant and very attentive and polite. Definitely a must do when visiting Bangkok!

Located on Sathon road, convenient commute and pleasant surroundings, professional staff at your service with the best reception attitude ever. Loved how friendly and generous the staff are, especially Khun M and Khun Ray from Romsai. They ensured that the food and the orders are correct, also providing the extra mile for our specific requests. The complimentary Galaxy Afternoon Tea set made our day, the food quality is at its best and most importantly, they take all your dietary requirements very strictly and seriously here. Facilities are well maintained, both the gym and the pool, but the pool is good only for a fun session. On the other hand, their steam and sauna rooms are truly satisfying with the heat power and how they are prepared ready for service. We decided to have our lunch at Bai Yun restaurant, Khun Jane and Khun Field both reiterated that guests come first. With their patience and continuous support since the booking queries until the food recommendation, they really are passionate to satisfy their guests and make an ordinary meal feel special! Spacious room with sofa, city view and the mattress is wonderfully comfortable. It certainly was a night full of positive recharge and woke up all refreshed. Love the room layout, mattress and pillows are so soft and comfortable that made our stay a magnificent one and surely makes us want to make more visits here.
