I'm digging in the memory for this but I'll try to get everything. This hotel came from a personal recommendation. Check -in: Checking in was record breaking. The time it took to get my room was the longest I've ever experienced. I had to talk to several people in order to get the room I requested. The back and forth...

even DUTY MANAGER of 17-Jan-2017 (day shift), who sit beside reception, is very rude and never ever expected such behaviour. Check out counter staff are also rude. Room mates are polite. Bath room door must be shut otherwise the whole room spread bad smell which may probably come out from basin and drain holes. morning breakfast Restaurent staff are also...

PLUS: The location of this property is excellent given its proximity to both high end malls like Central World as well as good bargain shopping complexes like Platinum. Pratunam market is right in front of this hotel. It is also surrounded by lots of Indian Restaurants thereby making this area a favourite among Indians looking for Indian Vegetarian and Jain...

Location is easy to find as everyone knows or can see where. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly and helpful hotel staff who help manage our luggages and show us the way to their hotel lobby (18th floor). There are staff on standby at the lifts to properly direct us to our rooms, observatory floor, rooftop bar etc. We...

A famous skyscraper hotel in the heart of Bangkok, completed with high end restaurant and amazing view, you will find this hotel quite amusing. The breakfast buffet is remarkable and the dinner buffet is hard to resist. You will enjoy every single details of this hotel no matter how long you stay (4 days for me). But, there's a catch....

I wonder round the hotel and wonder how it got an award! Majority of the hotel is very dated , The breakfast and the 800baht buffet in the evenings is a culinary failure, it was some of the most basic food that I have been served in a hotel The hotel it's self has 82 floors, averaging 6 rooms a...

Disappointing to be a 4 stars hotel... just because there are 85 floors and they have restaurants and shops inside, doesn't mean it's a good hotel. Our room was really big but was designed 25 years ago at least, with horrible fornitures of horrible colors kept horribly bad. The shower is designed for a chipmunk: was literally at my shoulder....

The whole hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The rooms are really dated and void of almost any decoration. Bathroom was smelly. The lobby is far too small for all the guests coming and going. Also, hundreds of bags are stored in the lobby. Long queues at times to check or check-out. Our reservation said that we can get...
