Coming for a one night stay in BKK, we had to stay near the airport and selected Rama Gardens because of its location. Lobby was under renovation and we were asked to wait until 2pm to check in. Nothing wrong with that. They even called my mobile to let me know the room was ready. English proficiency was very average....

We began and ended a 3 week tour using this hotel. We stayed the night after our arrival. Took a city tour from here then began our tour. Returned here for one night before flying home. Rooms were very nice. We used the main restaurant and ate buffets. These were quite good with excellent selection of local and western food...

The hotel is great but some of the hotel staff ruin the charm due to their sour, cold demeanour (maybe time for a new job). TV has hardly any channels and reception at times was rubbish. The WIFI drops in and out like a yo-yo and you have to re-login constantly. You'll be charged for any little thing they can...

Quiet and spacious resort in the heart of busy Bangkok, up to 30 minutes drive from city in traffic, but courtesy shuttle runs throughout the day. Hotel is surrounded by landscaped gardens and play areas and has fully equipped leisure center, tennis courts and very large pool area.Service was exceptional, concierge happy to organise any request and translate. Room moderately...

If you are like me and want to get a good workout before heading off on business in the morning, do not stay here. The gym does not open until 7am which makes it very difficult to make any business meetings by 8 or 9am. And the management offers no flexibility. Most other good hotels around the world are open...

Nice hotel. Staff are OK but breakfast isn't the best. Rooms are fine clean with a great shower. Couple of good restaurants but beer isn't cheap. Great pool and a medium sized gym. Shame construction at the entrance of the hotel but that's life.

Stayed here for just over two weeks. It was a very long two weeks by feel. Hotel staff all appear pretty unhappy and grumpy in their roles. Tv has very few channels with poor reception. Hotel internet is probably some of the worst ever encountered. Room service menu is very limited esp for dietary restrictions. I got sick of eating...

I went there for a meeting. The location was quite far from the heart of the city, but very close to Don Moueng airport. The traveling was quite uneasy, only taxi or you should rent a car. I booked single bed room, but I got twin beds. The bed was very comfy with a latex topper (that they also sell)....
