The front desk staff, and the housekeepers are wonderful here. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The breakfast buffet was cold most days, and not very good. The hotel caters to tour groups so there are some insane rushes for breakfast and some hectic...More
We found bed bugs in the bed, the staff refused it. so I caught 2-3 in bottle and showed them. Then they changed my room to uppermost floor. The changed room was too small. the view from the room was good though.
the lobby was good and spacious. the reception staffs was good. But the rooms were old and bad. It had more repairs when given. The bathroom sink was horrible and the service too was moderate. Rooms were very smelly
Don't get fooled by the beautiful lobby.
Rooms were too old and bathroom was leaky. AC controls were not working. Staff were friendly though.

With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's
hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

Rooms are too small for extra beds, however if not declared while booking then there might be already charge of THB 500 for extra bed. Depends on your negotiation skills. But I do not think extra bed will fit in any room.

Dont think I would recommend this hotel, the condition and sound insulation is really bad. I think with the price you are paying you can get better selection elsewhere. The service there is really not desirable. Hope this... More
