Have stayed here 7 times in 9 visits to Bangkok. Rooms very good, café and lobby excellent. I must make special mention of Bell Captain Mr Chaiyasit Vijitpong. He is extremely helpful and most pleasant and friendly. He has become a friend to us when we visit. Hotel should be pleased they have someone of his calibre. Close to the...

Spent 3 nights here as our first stop within Thailand. Very impressive lobby area however rooms starting to look a little tired. Clean and comfortable rooms which to be fair was all we needed is this busy city. Location not as central as we would have liked so negotiations with taxi drivers necessary.

Pleasantly surprised, the hotel was a little out the way from where I usually stay, but was really pleased with It, I was on the 14th floor facing the temple side, so that was really noisy every evening, loads of singing and music, which kept me awake, and I had to take sleeping tabs to get through it, the noise...

Very clean, very close to shops and food. Great view from room, but very quiet. Buffet breakfast was good too. The bar was quiet but nice for a quiet drink or a game of pool. And the pool was relaxing too. Nice short walk to markets, food, or large shopping. Tours were also very well catered for.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our honeymoon & I really can't fault it. Check-in was smooth and the room really was of a good standard. Free wifi & the breakfast was good. The tour desk was a little crazy but we booked a NYE river boat cruise on the same day so can't complain. Location...

We stayed here in November 2014, after a midnight arrival to Thailand it was nice to be greeted by the friendly staff at the hotel. Room was fine, nothing to rave nor complain about. Buffet breakfast was the same. I would however fault the hotel restaurant, quite overpriced, under portioned Thai food.

The location of the hotel was good for site seeing. It's not far to walk to the sky train. Near by there's places to eat. The rooms were clean and decorated ok. My youngest desperately wanted to go in the pool but it looked a bit 'stale' to me but this could have been because the filters were off the...

I stayed in this Bangkok hotel during a brief visit following a holiday in Ko Samui. The hotel itself was well presented and the rooms were nice enough to match. The shower was powerful and the bed was comfy but could have been supplied with spare pillows, should they be required. I tend to find having only one pillow a...
