Excellent value for money hotel in a great location. rooms are a little old but maintained very well are very quiet for such a big hotel and offer plenty of space. airconditioning in living room & bedroom works effectively, the buffet breakfast is a great display of food offering something for every taste. staff are very pleasant. only downside is...

I spent only a day in Prince Palace Hotel and my experience was horrible. The worst part was the air conditioner. It was not working. Even I complained twice but it wasn't fixed. Another issue was light bulbs. After every few hours, bulbs were getting fused. Overall, the room was just average - clean but a bit old. Also, Wi-Fi...

I had just finished a week long Conference and tour of the mines of Chanthaburi and Trat and decided to spend a night in Bangkok before heading on another long journey to my next destination. This time, I needed an inexpensive hotel that will at the same time give me value for money within the city. I stumbled on this...

Room was nice, decor is a bit dated but still loads of room and very tidy. Poolside is stunning! Menu was very overpriced and meals were small. Some of the staff were a bit rude, others were nice. Overall a good stay.

Great building but the rooms were quite dirty and outdated. Would not go back here again. The location is not ideal either. You will have to get a taxi to any where worth going too. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I spent two nights at this hotel with my parents and stayed in a triple room on the 27th floor. It was large and clean, and the view on the skyline of Bangkok from there is quite a sight. Plenty of amenities like swimming pools, bars, several restaurants are available. The hotel is luxurious, although it shows some signs of...

The best hotel I have seen in such a low price. Rooms are good and so is the swimming pools(there are two). The only issue is non availability of wifi in the rooms. The view of the city from the rooms is lovely. For people who love shopping, Bo bae tower is the place. Overall the place is worth more...

Location: although it is located some 2,5km from the Grand Palace, the region is not so good. A lot of street commerce makes it a chaos. Hotel room: spacious but old. Many BABY COCKROACHES around bedroom and bathroom everyday. The carpet also smells bad, so all in all, it feels the cleaning is not so good. Need more power plugs....

$500 AUD was stolen from our room during the hour we went down for breakfast. All our belongings were hidden deep in our suitcases under all our clothes and a cleaner went into our bags when they were not meant to be making up our room. We were checking out that morning so we figured no cleaners would be entering...
