The hotel was comfortable and all things were there. Was accessible from Asok BTS station and just 3 minutes walk. I was little alarmed by the hotel receptionist behavior when they were got rude when i asked about early check in i do understand the hotel was full but dont need to be rude :)

As part of our plan to experience new hotels in Bangkok and to have comparative ideas for future recommendations, we changed to Manhattan Hotel from Salil. And, since checked in, we were little disappointed to seeing the Hotel is ageing and there lacks the visible sign of renovation investment. We should say housekeeping needs improvement, bathroom is not up to...

Only stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is very nice, friendly staff and clean rooms. The Location is really good in the Sukhumvit area and if your looking to experience the Bangkok nightlife this is a place for you. This hotel is on the older side but has character and charm. Breakfast was average however did the trick. For...

Getting a bit old now, but good Price for location. 3-4 mins to Asoke Bts and metro. Close to 21 center, and not far from other good shopping centers. Nice staff, good buffet breakfast, and in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok

Loved my stay here. Staff were fantastic, breakfast was more than adequate and the room was large, comfortable and clean. The aircon could of used a boost, but the shower was fantastic. My friends room had awesome Aircon, so I must of been unlucky. The staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't have a swim, was to busy every day. Nice...

I would rate the Manhattan between average and very good, but there is no such option. I arrived very early in the morning so requested an early check-in. I had breakfast waiting for the room. The buffet is quite good. The reception is warm and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, not too fancy but right for the price. Would recommend...

Check in was a hassle. Need to write each of everyone's particular on a given form. Reason for customs check. Never heard before. Maybe different hotel policies. Still okay. A old hotel by the looks. Paid for an extra bed but not given a pillow. Not even one ! The hotel staff said they have no stock. Each bed has...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
