We stayed for 2 nights at the Warehouse. This basic, modern, boutique style hotel is situated on a ten minute walk from Koasan Road. Our room was very clean, staff is friendly. The open air lounge/lobby area is nice. The restaurant serves tastfull Thai dishes but is closed at night.

We stayed here for 3 days before heading down south. Check in was quick and staff were pleasant. The room was nicely decorated, beds comfy and shower was amazing. However the wifi was pretty rubbish with numerous different log ins and it only worked if you stood beside the door. This was frustrating as we wanted to call home on...

Fab little hotel.so urban it's polished concrete, scafold bar stools and chipboard tables but in a minimalistic modern style. Stayed two nights on a whistle stop tour to see Kho San road area. Would definitely recommend this place!!

While I do understand that this is an industrial type hotel, all it looks like to me is run down. There is cheap furniture, all the Channels on the tv are static-y ( in my room and my parent's room) the mattress is pretty hard, and the noise at night is bothersome but not too bad. The staff was pretty...

This hotel is conveniently located near the Khao San Road Night Market (walkable distance). The rooms are ultra clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wanted to buy some local snacks and asked the staff and they arranged a tuk-tuk for us and told the tuk-tuk driver where to go, and didn't charge us a lot. The breakfast...

Simple, no frills quirky hotel that close to everything. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast at the cafe in the lobby downstairs was fantastic. We loved the luggage check and the bottled water provided daily was a nice bonus. We will definitely be back!

This place has many more positive points than my rating suggests. It's a funky small hotel that really was a pleasant surprise. Lunch at the cafe was the best I'd had in my brief stay in Bangkok. Although I arrived early and waited for check in, staff were helpful in getting me to my room as soon as it was...

Lovely staff, we arrived before check in so the put or bags in the secure lock up and put our passports etc in the safe so we could head out to see the sights. Close to every thing, 500m from khoa San road, 1km from grand palace and wat poe. Clean rooms, good ac, free bottled water daily, excellent WiFi.

The Warehouse is quite a gem in this area. It is situated close to Khaosan Road, and there are many delicious street food stands within a 5 minute walking distance. The service was good and we had laundry done by the hotel for a good price as well. The rooms are minimalist industrial, so don't expect anything too fancy. The...

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
