The hotel goes over several blocks and seems like a step back in the past. Lots of closed and unattended spaces. No bar or decent restaurant I would class as budget and a 30 min ride from decent shops or attractions in the Bangkok traffic. Rooms are big but basic

I booked a junior suite as it was the only room available on agoda, booked same day as arrival. They just have been full as when I arrived they said they would need to upgrade me to a 'diplomatic suite' in a different wing of the hotel. Oooh I thought, I wonder what that's about. Well let me tell you,...

This hotel fails to disclose that they have multiple locations along the road and they do not tell you which room or hotel building you are going to get before you buy or even after. Depending on which room you book decides which building you are in and other buildings do not have amenities or dining and are smaller -...

No issues during our stay. The suites were spacious and the beds were comfortable and there was a kitchen. Nice modern bathroom with both a shower and tub. The wifi was a bit poor (even after paying for it...they have both free and paid wifi if I'm not mistaken) but everything else was great. It's a little bit further away...

Nice hotel in a reasonable location, rooms are clean, and pool and gym are nice. Bed and pillows are hard, and wifi is absolutely rubbish!! The continued smoke smell in a non smoking room is not the best either...

Very disappointed with the hotel. This is the first time we are visiting Bangkok. But we were provided a budget room, where as we paid a very high amount as compared to other hotels. Staff was not courteous at all and manager was also non accommodating when we requested for a small change in terms of breakfast provision. Even though...

I booked for 2 nights on a short business trip and chose the hotel as it was close to where I used to live a few years ago and the reasonable price, I wasn't expecting much after reading the reviews but I was left disappointed. From the start, the check in staff didn't seem to be too interested and didn't...

Me and my family stayed here for a week. The rooms were so incredible. We stayed in a 2 story villa as well as a 2 bedroom suite. Both rooms were huge and the bathrooms were so lovely and clean. They had a study in each place and ample sofas and televisions. The breakfast buffet is a must. The food...

It was an amazing hotel with everything on place starting from front office to restaurants and rooms were quite big and have that classy touch to it everything. It was like 15 mins walking from the nearest train station. Overall it was an amazing experience staying at this hotel.

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
