Really enjoyed my stay here and would heartily recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in BKK. It was my first few days in Thailand after a really full on summer/autumn in the UK so I just wanted a few days to find my feet and chill. This place hit all the right notes. I had a private room on...

We stayed here for four nights after arriving in Bangkok. We booked a 4-bed dorm for girls which was a good choice because our roommates were really nice. Because off-season it wasn't crowded which was nice and it's for sure no party-hostel. They have a nice little kitchen and a good chill out area. There are showers for girls only....

Hostel was very clean, nice common areas and dorms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is included and it's located in a really good location, about 10 mins from ksr and also a short walk to the grand palace and other temples. Would stay again

The hostel was overall good, the bedrooms were spacious and light, bathrooms clean and two common areas were provided. Like most places a/c is not on during the day however the rooms had fans also so it was bearable to be in the room during this time. Breakfast was also included, consisting of toast, jam, cereal, juice, tea and coffee....

We stayed for 2 nights and the room is nice and small but comfortable. It is near khaosan area (around 10 minutes walk) and many food stalls in hostel area. The staff is very nice and funny!! Especially the staff in the morning (don't know his name). He always helped us to go to some place and recommend us to...

Stayed in a private room for 3 nights when I first got to Thailand. The room was clean, but missing a stool at the desk but that's not a big deal. Showers were clean but in the private room it only has one temperature which ranges from luke warm to cool. The shared showers have much warmer temperatures though. Chill...

We visit during songkran and had a great time. We had a basic but good private room. Shower and our own toilet in room. It was small, but clean and had solid wifi and a/c. Would recommend for a nice hostel experience in Bangkok. The location is great too - 10 mins to Khao San road with lots of bars...

I staid here with my friend for 4 nights. We were really pleased with that hostel. The beds are incredibly large and comfy. The facilities are quite clean. The breakfast is included. There are a lot of restaurants in the street. I really recommend that hostel

We recently visited Bangkok and stayed at 3 Howw. Perfect location, close to Khoa Saan road and quiet enough to get some sleep at night. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy! Breakfast was good and being able to fill your water bottle up with filtered water was very handy. Would definitely stay here again. Take your jandals to your...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here while travelling. This was our first few nights in Thailand as a whole and while its down a little back road in the city, it feels very safe and welcoming. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk from khaosan road. Staff could be a bit more chirpy and helpful but I guess...

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
