House23 is a nice place near Asoke BTS station and Sukhumvit metro station. In the neighborhood there is Cowboy street - one of Bangkok attractions. Hostel is hidden in a small street - it is not located next to main street so it is quiet. Staff is very nice and helpful although could speak better English. Breakfasts are very simple,...

Location is great. Breakfast is very basic. Rooms are small but clean. Staff was a bit rude. Will not recommend this hotel for the price you pay. You could get better value for money in other hotels. Its okay for a 1 night stay, not more than that!

Stayed here for 3 nights in the deluxe room with a private, very clean bathroom. Hotel is in a great location, very nice to come back to after running through crazy Bangkok. Staff is very helpful and friendly (they even helped locating and finding my phone back after losing it in the taxi ride from the airport!!!). The bed was...

Location. It wasn't too far from Asoke bts. Bed was pretty comfortable and it's quiet at night. Everything was quite clean. Misleading details that led us to booking this place. Breakfast was really basic like we've seen in some cheaper hotels that was left 24hrs a day free service. So called private bathroom is just given a key, walk out...

good location to stay in bkk. near station and clean room, kind staff.

I had a great experience at this hotel. We only stayed one night in the private room but it was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great and close to public transport but still in a quieter street. The breakfast is basic but fine as there is so many street food options around the area. Overall,...

I stayed here solo for one night in the sharing bunk bed room. This is a typical backpacker's budget hostel with minimal yet good facilities, nothing fancy. The location is very convenient - it is just a few blocks walk from main Sukhumvit street, local market and sky train station. There are a bunch of nice cafes and massage parlors...

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.

“don't choose the room which is on the 1/f floor as the wall is a thin wood board only. No privacy and very noisy. It is unbelievable to separate two rooms like that. Even the room is free of charge and I won't stay here again. On the other hands, the room which is close to the reception is much better and not noisy but it depends on the guests will or will not come and out many times during mid-night. If the guests like chating in the reception area, you cannot sleep well absolutely .”
