Lovely hotel and great central location. Good breakfast and overall convenient, accessible and comfortable. I do have one suggestion. Hotels should be more senior citizen friendly. The bathrooms and toilet/commode facilities should be easy for their use (not too low). Furthermore, wheelchair rental services should be offered. What was most appreciated and memorable was the fact that my mother was travelling with us and suddenly threw her back out. The hotel entertained my request for complimentary breakfast to be served in her room as she was unable to go down. One night we wanted to go to a nearby restaurant across the hotel and Fluke the captain concierge was extremely helpful and kind. We requested for the hotel wheelchair and he took the effort to escort us to the restaurant and back. Loved staying here and dealing with courteous staff. …

Very helpful and courteous staff, Mr. Big, Appreciate his help to get the location I wanted to go. Breakfast is very good with almost complete varieties of nutritious and tasty food, serve by very friendly staff. Room is very clean with full amenities. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. I would highly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel. Good Value for money. Good location.

Fluke and Jack were very helpful for arranging transport etc for us. Good hotel. 500mts from the BTS station. Penty of shops and restaurants near by. Hotel rooms are nice, breakfast buffet is also very nice

I stay at room 1718 a little bit noisy from BTS sound. Comfortable room. Easy walk to BTS promphong and emporium. Near hotel has many restaurants and massage shop. Special thank to GSA khun pann for take care me during my stay.

曼谷素坤逸假日酒店價格適中的酒店，且是少數有行政酒廊的假日酒店，持有IHG年度酒廊通行證者在此入住可謂物超所值。這是我第三次入住這家飯店，也是新冠肺炎疫情後的第一次。儘管我這次的經歷不若疫情前好，但總體而言我仍然不錯，尤其考慮價格後。 我的房間在我抵達前已安排好，我的喜好也都有備註清楚。我對前檯印象不錯，只是工作人員英語能力有限。樓下的禮賓部也非常樂於助人，為客人安排計程車和提供雨傘。 房間足夠大，有一張寬敞的桌子方便工作。不過浴缸的設計有點怪，水很容易溢出，好在地板上有一個隔板可以將水引導到排水孔。不幸的是，浴室清潔得不好，而且飯店不提供額外的可折疊行李架。歡迎甜點相當不錯，且如果不須客房清潔，酒店還提供250點，我非常喜歡。 行政酒廊現在主要供應下午茶和歡樂時光，不再提供早餐。酒廊人力不足，但服務生很主動服務。酒廊有專屬樓梯與樓下餐廳相連，過去在早餐時間，我很喜歡的一個特色是酒廊的客人可以兩邊都享受。雖然酒廊裡有常見的菜品，服務生也會為提供需要的任何線主菜品，但如果喜歡的菜品酒廊沒有沒有，賓客也可以到樓下拿取。現在已經沒有這樣的安排，所有人都只能下樓用早餐，也沒有安排精英會員的專屬區域。我還發現早餐種類不像以前那麼多，儘管仍然有不少選擇。 行政酒廊週三不開放，每逢週三，符合酒廊資格的客人會被邀請到樓上的印度餐廳。週三的歡樂時光菜品更高級，印度菜的選擇更多。有一天早上，不知為何，樓下的餐廳一度以為我不能享用免費早餐，好在誤會很快就消除了。他們之後又給了我一盤歡迎甜點來彌補，我很感激。 飯店也不再提供往返Asok車站的免費嘟嘟車。飯店位於Asok車站和Phrom Phong站之間，雖然步行皆可抵達，但兩個車站都不是很近。 電梯也一直很繁忙，經常需要等待。有一次，我誤按了電梯裡的呼叫按鈕。讓我驚訝的是，雖然電梯監控顯示「locked」，但實際上沒有人與我交談，而且我也沒有辦法取消我的錯誤呼叫。如果真的發生緊急情況，我不相信有人會知道要提供幫助。 Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit is a moderately-priced hotel that offers decent values for those who hold the Annual Lounge Membership from IHG, as it is one of the few HIs that has an Executive Lounge. This was my third time staying at this hotel and first time post-COVID-19. Although my experience this time was not exactly on par with my experience pre-COVID-19, I still had an overall positive experience, especially considering the price. My room was arranged prior to my arrival, with my preferences well taken care of. Other than the staff's limited English ability, I had a good impression during my interactions with the front desk. The concierge downstairs were also very helpful in arranging taxis and handing out umbrellas for guests. The room is adequate with a spacious desk for me to do my work. I found the bathtub design to be a bit awkward, as water would easily overflow, though there is a partition on the floor that directs the water to the drainage. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not very well cleaned, and the hotel does not offer additional foldable baggage racks. The welcome desserts were quite good. The hotel also offered 250 points in lieu of housekeeping, and I really liked it. The executive lounge primarily serves afternoon tea and evening canapés now, but not breakfast anymore. The lounge seemed understaffed, but the attendants offered very proactive services. The lounge is connected to the restaurant downstairs via exclusive stairs. In the past, during breakfast hours, a feature I really liked was that lounge guests were able to enjoy the best of both worlds. While the common items were available lounge and the attendant would get you any made-to-order items you need, there was nothing stopping you from grabbing your favourite item downstairs, should there be something you crave that was not available in the lounge but only at the restaurant. This is now gone, and everyone is sent downstairs. Furthermore, there is not an exclusive zone for élite members, either. I also found the breakfast spread to not be as impressive as it used to be, though there are still many choices. The executive lounge is not open on Wed., and only on Wed., lounge-eligible guests are sent to the Indian restaurant upstairs. The evening canapés on Wed. are more premium, and there are more Indian choices. On one of the mornings, somehow the restaurant downstairs once thought I did not have free breakfast. The misunderstanding was quickly cleared, and they gave me another plate of welcome dessert to make things up, which I appreciated. The hotel also no longer provides complimentary tuk-tuk to/from Asok station. Being located just between Asok and Phrom Phong stations, the hotel is within walking distance of BTS stations, but neither station is that close. The elevators were also constantly busy, and there was often a wait. On one occasion, I mistakenly pressed the call button in the elevator. To my surprise, although the elevator monitor said "locked," no one actually talked to us, and there was no way for me to cancel my mistaken call.
