Hotel was spacious, clean and cosy. Location wise, it is about 10 - 15 mins walk to Chong Nongsi BTS/BRT station. Walking can be quite a breeze during the period I was there, but during hot day, it can be very hot. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The guards are alert as well. If you want to watch TV...

Hotel was clean and cosy. Quiet neighborhood, nearby CBD offices and within walking distance to restaurants, however, recommended to take a bike / taxi / rent a car as the weather in Bangkok is brutally warm and humid.

They aren't the most spacious place but as I was there on my own and with the budget that I had, The Present was just what the doctor...

I was pleased with the overall cleanliness and modern design of the hotel including the room however i was quite...

My check-in was done swiftly and the front desk staff (I suppose she is the daughter of the premise owner) was very helpful and accomodating. Even the room rate is low (less than 40 USD), the quality of the accomodation...
