Poor location. Gloomy atmosphere. Dated hotel. Buffet lacks variety. Food tastes bland. Thin and rough bed sheets. Room lacks lighting. Hot water in the bathroom was unstable. Outdated TV, it was CRT. No international tv channels. Internet connection was intermittent. Staff are unwelcoming, they don't greet you. The only lady who was approachable and friendly was the RCI staff. We...

In Bangkok stayed here for a week. In particular a Business hotel to say. But the hotel ambience and staff was very good. Inconvenient for BTS travel but taxis and yuk tuk readily available. Very silent surroundings while we went for a walk around the hotel. We got a 1br room on a higher floor and d highway view was...

The hotel is a bit out of the way (20 min walk from Saphan Khwai BTS) but there are plenty taxis around. Check in was a bit slow and they wouldn't accept Amex for the Room Deposit and a sign indicated they apply a 3% surcharge for any credit card charge (this I believe is illegal..). The room was fine;...

The hotel is a little bit far from the main Center of shopping malls but it was close enough to IMPACT Exhibition Halls where we were one of the exhibitors. It has two bigger than average restaurants. The second floor resto serves buffet breakfast and lunch ( reasonably priced) with the ground floor cafe with a la carte menu (...

This Hotel provided a nice stay in Thailand for us. the good things about this hotel are that it has every thing you need if you don't feel like going out for the day. A short walk out the front door and to the left (about 15 mins) is a nice little restaurant where you can sit down and enjoy...

The RCI welcome staff were very helpful. Nothing was too difficult. The room was very clean and this was maintained throughout our week long stay. The laundry manager spoke English and ensured all the items were bagged and priced correctly. All items were immaculately left in the wardrobe when we returned from sightseeing. The towels and water bottles were replaced...

We (2) have stayed here before with RCI, as it is the only place in Bangkok that you can on our “time share”. Although a bit out of town it is less than a TB100 to the city and MKB Mall. Staff friendly and rooms cleaned daily. We had a 1 bedroom (T1) so it was probably a bit more...

We visited our friends in Samsen and this is the nearest and decent hotel so far compared to others nearby. Cleanliness is average, bed is average, breakfast could be good if you're not choosy (but I am). Check-in is just fine.

Stayed for a week in 1 BR. Had no choice as this was the only available through RCI. We reached by 12 and RCI staff was helpful, arranged for early check in. A security deposit of 2000 Baht was taken. Room was on 15th Floor. Quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was free but with poor connectivity. A lot of...
