My boyfriend and I found this cheap hotel with good reviews and booked a 6-night stay from 29/5 - 4/6. We booked a standard double room for 900baht per night from Sawadee. This comes with free breakfast every morning. At the airport, there will be people helping you translate the hotel location to cab drivers. It is best to go...

I have to agree with everything the pp (tinkilily) mentioned below...except we paid ~340BHT for a taxi from the (new) airport to the hotel. We also took the Skytrain (less than 5min walk from hotel) to MBK, Siam Paragon and Siam Center....it was too hot and humid to walk over. The staff was very friendly and did everything with a...

The location was fantasic literally 5mins from the Sky Train which is great for accessing the rest of the city. If you are in transit and want a good location in Bangkok this...

The main reason I choosed this hotel was because of the good reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms. When I arrived, I was happy to see that the reviews were right and the rooms and toilets were very clean. We (2 couples) stayed there 2 times, when we first came to bangkok and when we returned from Phuket. They...

Stayed at the Samran Place from 18/12 to 22/12 and found it very convenient to move around. The BTS is only a 5 min brisk walk away. The reception area is rather small and you will need to walk past the restaurant to get there but that is not an issue at all. Both rooms that we booked for were...

My best experience from this hotel was the friendly staff especially the bell boy where he single-handedly carried our heavy luggage and hailed the taxi by himself and greeted us everytime we enter the hotel... The receptionist was friendly as well. I got no problem with this hotel plus it's affordable for budget travellers. See ya next year....... Bye....

Booked this hotel via Asiarooms for 12/12/07 to 12/16/07. I had a spacious room on the 5th floor. Despite construction right across, the room was quiet all the time. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The 5 minute walk to the skyline means I can easily come back to the room for a rest between exhausting exploration of...

Just came back from bbk last week. Stayed at Samran Place for 5D4N. The staff there are really helpful, and very friendly. We were there around 10am, and they gave us a room for check in despite that we were early. Rooms are clean and neat. Spacious enough for 3 single beds ( there were 3 of us in a...
