Pros: Great locaton;
Check in staff and security very friendly and helpful;
Rooms clean; and
Water pressure in shower excellent.
Cons: No elevator;
Restaurant staff rude and under staffed;
Included breakfast is far from sufficient ; and
Hotel could use a remodel.
Location is good i.e. near MBK & national Stadium BTS, Siam center. Set breakfast. Swimming pool available. No lift. But hotel boys helps to lift up & down luggage. Good for what u pay. Take tea/ coffee/ drinks inside or outside lobby
